Perfect getaway

Beautiful location with excellent water and sunset views. Mark is an excellent and very accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again.

Life by the water!

Great stay! The house was so comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee in the dining area with a great view of the canal! We were visiting the area for a family gathering and it could not have worked out better! Mark is a great host!.

Staycation

Property was just as it was described. Big backyard for hanging out and drinking your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Kayaks and SUP were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to book again.

Beautiful lagoon view

Very nice house. Plenty of room. The best part of the house is the backyard lagoon. So pretty and relaxing. The house has all the amenities you need. Close to LBI. I would stay here again!

Everything was exactly as describedin the listing, and Mark was amazing - very quick to respond and was so helpful. We had such a great time. My family and my brother's family (kids ages 15-18). Neighborhood was very peaceful. Plenty of parking. Great location. AC was perfect and the house stayed nice and cool theoughout even though it was over 100 degrees outside. House had everything you could possibly need or want. Mark was a fantastic host. We really loved our stay and look forward to going back again. Not a single complaint.

Perfect stay for our family!

We loved our stay! The house is cute and comfortable, with many amenities that you don’t find with other rentals. Our family loved dinners at the table over looking the lagoon and watching gorgeous sunsets. This is a nice wide lagoon. The swans came to visit and we even caught a few crabs! 5 stars Mark! We would love to come back.

Looking forward to our next stay.

Plenty of bulkhead space for multiple boats and room for backyard activities. Home was clean and well-airconditioned. Property has everything you need for a relaxing getaway in a quiet area of nice homes close to the beach and bay. Owner is polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Found a "Haven" in Beach Haven West!

We loved staying at this place...it was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space and sleeping options. We got to enjoy the kayaks, the paddle board, the crab trap and did some fishing as well. The neighborhood is simply beautiful and a great place to take your morning walk/jog or head out on a bike ride. The owner Mark was very helpful throughout the entire pre/post experience as well. Hope to stay here again some time.

Perfect way to celebrate 30th Anniversary

Loved enjoying coffee every morning in the breakfast nook and watching kayakers and boats go by. My kids loved feeding oats to the ducks in the evenings and kayaking or relaxing during the day. We still went to our favorite restaurants on LBI sometimes, Uncle Wills and Chicken and the Egg for breakfast and The Black Whale at night We had the best time. The owner was super helpful and lovely.

Great Rental

Great house. We had a wonderful week with lots to do. Quality family time spent Fishing , crabbing, swimming in the lagoon . Beach was a short ride away. The owner was very accommodating . Looking forward to renting again.

Kayak away and catch a sunset!

For once we were able to get our two boys to put their technology down and focus on life! This is a cute, well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood with comfy beds! The owner was very accommodating to us and very resourceful. There is some slight TLC needed upstairs that the owner is aware of and it did not effect our stay. The owner supplied plenty of water sport activities on the property or nearby. With numerous activities to do in the surrounding towns and you don't want to miss a kayak ride out to the bay to catch the sunsets!
