Beau et Immaculé Duplex Oceanside! Juste à quelques pas de la plage !!

Oceanside duplex dans le quartier Haven Beach de Beach Haven avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances en famille !!! Nous sommes à seulement 8 maisons de la plage et à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Situé dans une rue calme à Haven Beach à seulement 1 pâté de maisons (voir la carte) de l'océan, notre maison peut accueillir 6 personnes et dispose de 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain complète et 1 demi; climatisation; plan d'étage ouvert; grande cuisine; grande salle familiale et salle à manger; grandes douches extérieures avec dressing. Immaculé et fraîchement peint à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! 1er étage complètement refait et magnifique! Regardez les photos! Super pour les enfants. Beaucoup de stationnement. PAS D'ANIMAUX ET NON FUMEUR. L'heure d'arrivée est 14 heures et le check-out est 10 heures. Badges de plage sont inclus à titre gracieux à nos invités.

Faits saillants Beach Haven: Beach Haven abrite de nombreuses attractions, y compris le seul parc d'attractions sur l'île: Fantasy Island, théâtre musical live de qualité hors-Broadway: Surflight Theatre, spectacle de style cabaret-pour-votre-dessert: Showplace Ice Cream, Bay Village Shopping Center, Long Beach Island Museum et de nombreux magasins et restaurants, y compris Tucker's Restaurant, noté dans le Philadelphia Magazine comme le restaurant numéro un sur Long Beach Island. We had a great week at this location. It’s on the 2nd floor so it’s so bright & airy. This place is immaculate too! You can easily access everything in Beach Haven. The homeowners are very friendly & easy to reach.

Wonderful stay in LBI

Our family had a wonderful stay in this VRBO beach house. The house is in a great area of LBI- close to everything that was needed to keep kids busy, easy walking to the beach. The property is simple, comfortable and had everything we needed. Kerry and family were gracious hosts. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Vacation

Our LBI vacation was fun and relaxing. Thank you Kerry for the early check -in! This home is comfortable and very well maintained. Great kitchen updates and flooring. Dining options within walking distance. Storage for our bikes. Loved the short walk to the beach. Would recommend to others and visit again. Thanks Kerry!

Well-maintained, but be aware.

The property itself was clean and well-maintained, but people staying here need to know some important information. Upon checking out, tenants are asked to vacuum, wipe sinks, and do a lot beyond basic cleaning. It’s an onerous list of chores. Also, there were no extra rolls of toilet paper, and there was no laundry detergent, but there were many rolls of paper towels and ample cleaning products. This really sent the message that the tenant was there to clean rather than receive any necessities for the ample rent that was charged.

This is our 14th season, renting our beach home on LBI. In all of those years, I have never received less than a five star review on our home. On an annual basis, we look to upgrade our home and make every year more enjoyable for our guests. We continue to have a very high number of repeat clients This year we added patio/pergola/landscaping to our backyard for our clients to enjoy another space. When I speak to guests that have booked with us, I asked them to leave the house the way they found it, in excellent condition. We have been very fortunate to have wonderful guests enjoy our home. The only feedback that I received on our home from this guest while staying with us was "the place (especially the kitchen), looks lovely. It is unfortunate that this guest believes it is our responsibility to provide things that are not part of our lease i.e. laundry detergent, or extra paper products. All of our reviews speak for themselves and so I will just say that this review is an anomaly, and in my estimation, a reflection on this guest, not our beach home.

Perfect Beach Experience

I spent many, many hours and looked at hundreds of cottages, condos and beach houses. From the moment of our arrival I knew I had made the right choice in beach homes. We stayed on the second floor and the deck provided what felt like another room; with the picnic table and Adirondack-style chairs we spent many a morning and evening relaxing outdoors. The inside was immaculately clean and the kitchen very well-equipped with anything you would need for a perfect cooking experience. The bath and a half was fantastic, the shower had great water pressure. Loved the outdoor shower and clothesline out back - very convenient for after beach - could throw our beach towels on the line and shower outside. It really cut down on sand inside the house. Also, the proximity to the beach is a huge plus - and very close to the activities in Beach Haven and to Jersey Girl Bagel shop - had bagels and coffee daily. The owners were very welcoming and wonderful to deal with - I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Much needed getaway

After a few tough months, my wife, my parents, and I decided to get away to Long Beach Island for a long weekend and Kerry's home was exactly what we were looking for. It was in the perfect area of Long Beach Island- close to restaurants, happy hours, and family fun. Being a very short walk to the beach made it easy to return home real quick for lunch. Most of our time was spent on the deck out front enjoying the wonderful breeze, shade after being out on the beach all day, and watching the pink and purple colors light up the sky at sunset. Kerry herself was a gracious host, welcoming us upon arrival, giving us tips and recommendations about the area, and even just engaging us in a friendly chat! We highly recommend Kerry's home!

Awesome stay

We had a great time at Kerry and Brian’s place. The size was perfect for our family of 4. The location could not be any better. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants within a 5 min drive. Our hosts were awesome and we will be back again soon.

Great location! Attentive host!

We recently stayed on the top floor and were not disappointed. The place was clean and offered us everything we needed during our stay. The location was awesome...short walks to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. The deck was perfect to sit out on at night. Kerry was helpful throughout the entire process and was incredibly easy to reach for any questions. I’d recommend staying here.

Another fun summer on Weldon Place!

My family of four had another fun week at this great duplex. We were on the top floor again, and with the house being 'raised' last year, the view and breeze up top is great. LOVED the new outdoor shower! Highly recommend this house. Great location; great landlord.

Clean, Inviting, and GREAT Location!

This home is so charming! It is in a fantastic location, an easy walk to the beach and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The place was very clean and has a great "beachy" layout. The Owners were great people: professional to deal with and they made sure we felt welcomed. We look forward to renting again!
