Attractive pet friendly beach house in Westward Ho
The blue flag beach, with its 2-mile stretch of golden sand, is a paradise for surfers, wind surfers, kayakers, and dog walkers. Should you seek a change of scenery, there's plenty to explore within a short drive, from the picturesque fishing village of Appledore with its cobbled streets and quaint shops to the postcard-worthy coastal village of Clovelly and the vibrant beach resorts of Croyde and Woolacombe.

Entrance: Downstairs entrance area, leading to bedrooms, main bathroom and utility room.
Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King-size room with large built-in wardrobe, bedsides, Smart TV and bi-fold doors opening out on the patio and garden. En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Super King-size bedroom with built in wardrobe, bedsides and bi-fold doors opening out on the patio and garden. En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): Pair of twin beds and large picture window overlooking the garden.
Bathroom (Ground Floor): Beautifully tiled and spacious main bathroom with bath and rain shower over bath with attachment, washbasin, WC and heated towel radiator.
Utility Area: Spacious utility room with washing machine, ideal for coats and walking boots, also for storing surfboards.
Living room (First Floor): Spacious open living area with large comfortable sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV with Sky TV, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth Soundbar, Wi-Fi and patio doors opening onto a furnished balcony
Kitchen Area: Well-equipped modern, fitted kitchen with Neff electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge, freezer, variety of kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Garden: An enclosed patio area is at the rear of property and is furnished with a table and chairs and is the perfect spot to unwind in the evening.
Parking: Private parking outside of property for 2 cars.
Pets: 2 Pets welcome. Additional charges apply.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Underfloor heating throughout. Wi-Fi Broadband. Sky Television. No smoking. 2 Pets welcome. Garden and balcony furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arrival/departure for weekly bookings is Saturday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

The postcode is EX39 1FG. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton. On the approach to Barnstaple take the A39, signposted Bideford/ Bude. Follow this road for approx. 9 miles and cross the Torridge Bridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit to Appledore/ Westward Ho! Pass the signs for Northam and Appledore off to the right and continue along the road down toward Westward Ho! This road eventually becomes Atlantic Way. Once in Westward Ho! take the second right onto Beach Road and at the bottom turn right onto Golf Links Road. After the approx. 400 yards just before the Royal North Devon Golf Club, turn left into Greenway Drive. Once on Greenway Drive, continue on the road keeping to the right. You will then meet a mini-roundabout, take the right exit here. This will bring you to a T-junction. Turn right here and Beachlinks (Number 8) will be located on the left-hand side after approx. 50 yards.
