Great location in Saltill; beautiful views and close to Dublin. Apartment was spacious for our family of four. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, kids arcade and the sea. Check-in was via kiosk in lobby. Included garage parking was a plus!

Such fun

This location is perfect for families. There are plenty of things for children to do. Great walkablity. And you cannot beat the view.Salthill is not elegant but it is great fun!!

Great view

Property was exactly as advertised. Car parking lot under the building was very tight for our large SUV, but once we were parked, we didn't need the car for the remainder of our stay. The apartment is conveniently located at a bus stop which we used to get back and forth to downtown Galway. It is also one of the hop on hop off tour bus stops which was very cool. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hot water was a bit of a challenge for our family of 4, but we knew about this ahead of time and learned how to use the boost system. Overall we loved it here and had the best view of the bay!

Good location but a few inconveniences

Loved the large layout for my family, and the location was great – very close to restaurants, shopping, beach, and entertainment. The beds were clean and comfortable (no sagging or lumpy mattresses). Large kitchen (tiny fridge but ok!), 2 bathrooms (what a treat!), etc. Lots of room for my family of 4! The street was very loud with nonstop traffic, so dont plan on sleeping with the windows open. Once closed, though, it was plenty quiet and we all slept great. Only giving it 3 stars since parking (free! Yay!) wasnt always reliable since there doesn’t seem to be quite enough spots for all the cars registered to guests – if you pull in and theres no spots (happened to us twice during our 4 night stay), you're kind of SOL. Additionally, the hot water situation was kind of a pain and wasn’t always as reliable and plentiful as i had wanted, even after following directions on how to recharge the hot water heater. They charge a fee if youd like more towels, and there is only someome available at the front desk until 6 pm so if you have an issue or question, you need to just leave a voice message, which was an expensive international phone call for me... All in all, im certainly not disappointed in our stay, but id likely choose different accommodations next time.
