The kitchen/dining area also opens conveniently onto the terrace with a handsome table and chairs for outdoor dining and another inside for cooler months. The kitchen wraps around with a sociable peninsula island furnished with bar chairs so you can sit and chat with the chef of the family who is sure to enjoy catering in this well-equipped kitchen. Integrated units house a waist height oven with a microwave above it and wine fridge below, a large fridge with five shelves and a veg drawer, a three-drawer freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a dryer, and the essential kettle and toaster.

OUTSIDE
Large bi-fold doors open to the wonderful secure south facing garden with a patio area and outdoor dining table and chairs inviting you to enjoy long lazy lunches in the sunshine, or BBQs in the evening with the use of the charcoal BBQ. Steps take you up to the lawned area, a fun space for little guests to run around and a maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome to stay.
There's parking for two cars at the front of the house on the driveway so you can park up and enjoy a walk to town and home again after dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants.
