Spectacular spot fit for large groups

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning VRBO on Syros! The highlight was undoubtedly the amazing infinity pool with spectacular views of the ocean. Our kids especially loved playing in the pool and had endless fun with the diving board. Every evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets. The direct access to the ocean was a unique feature – we loved being able to walk down and take a refreshing dip or jump off a large rock (though there were times when it was too rough). The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The place gracefully accommodated the three families with kids traveling together. There were a few small issues that required attention, but the management team was incredibly responsive and helpful. While it is easy to navigate to the house, it is off the beaten path and use of a car to come and go - adventure during the day or head to Ermoupolis in the evening - is a must. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and serene island getaway and experience!

We had a very happy stay at Villa Delfini. The sunset views are unbeatable, and the villa felt very spacious, even with 10 of us staying there. The beds are comfortable, the linen is good quality and plenty of towels are provided. There are fans and air con in all the bedrooms, and the kitchens are well equipped for cooking. The kids loved playing table tennis. The infinity pool is stunning, although there isn’t much of a shallow end, so it’s not ideal for young children.The villa is well situated, close to Kini Beach, with a well-stocked supermarket a few miles away. The position of the villa on the edge of the cliff is stunning, but it is also very exposed so we sometimes found it too windy to sit by the pool or on the terraces. It was also too windy to make use of the private cove and kayaks. The Meltemi winds were blowing particularly strongly during our stay in August, so this might not be a problem at other times of the year.We would have liked a parasol to provide some shade when sunbathing, as well as some more comfortable outdoor furniture on the upstairs terrace. The property could also benefit from a proper washing line rather than just a drying rack for wet towels.The agents managing the property were great. They were quick to reply via WhatsApp and even found a doctor for us at short notice. The villa was spotlessly clean and the local housekeeper was so welcoming when we arrived.We had a great time in Syros and would definitely come back!
