Apartment Mins

There are two private bedrooms and an living room with sleep space. We provide clean linens. Bedroom 1: Queen bed.160x200cm Bedroom 2: Double bed.160x200cm Living Room: Sofa bed. You have access to a full kitchen with all the cookware and utensils necessary to make a home-cooked meal. The bathroom includes a shower/tub, bath towels, hand towels, and washing machine. We provide shampoo/conditioner, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There is free WiFi and smart TV.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

It was lovely hosting Esha and Megan, they left everything clean and tidy! They communicated very well and were such a sweethearts. Every host would be happy to meet them!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Host was extremely responsive, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. The place was lovely to stay in and fulfilled all our needs, with lots of cooking utensils that we used to make our own meals. Check in and out were simple, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Would recommend!

Glorious residence!

The apartment was at a perfect spot in the middle of everything. We could easily reach all the beaches, old town and the Harbour. Martina was en excellent host.

Decent apartment

Decent apartment in Dubrovnik, we managed to find a free parking spot. There is a supermarket nearby and also a park that our kids enjoyed. I liked the mattress from the kingsize bed. The staff was very nice.

High-end vacation!

Ideally located next to a bus line and shops, the apartment is large, very well equipped and clean. The owners are responsive and accommodating. The only negative point is the lack of air conditioning in one of the rooms.

Good communication, we arrived before in check time and were able to enter the accommodation earlier. Really sweet person to talk to. Accommodation was nice and big. Good beds, airconditioning and kitchen. Kitchen had the basics. Overall, we had a nice stay!

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this location, particularly for Asian travelers. On April 11 at approximately 6:20 p.m., three young individuals shouted “Hitler” at my husband and me while we were near the apartment. As seniors over the age of 70, we chose to leave the area immediately to avoid any escalation. We came back to the apartment with a group of friends. Our group, consisting of eight families, fifteen young athletes and coaches traveling from Toronto to Dubrovnik for the TOMO tournament, stayed nearby. Unfortunately, this incident significantly impacted our overall experience, making it the most negative aspect of our trip.

Tutto molto bene tranne la chiave della porta che non funzionava, lo abbiamo fatto notare ma nessuno ha provveduto, e quindi la porta era sempre aperta,non c'era sicurezza per noi la notte e per le nostre cose durante il giorno.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Appartement lumineux et parfaitement situé, à deux pas du port et de la plage Bellevue. Les commodités sont très pratiques : un supermarché juste en bas de l'immeuble, et une salle de bain joliment rénovée. Un petit bémol, qui ne justifie toutefois pas de baisser la note : il serait bon de renforcer l'inventaire et de vérifier le mobilier avant chaque séjour. La table du salon est instable et mériterait d'être revissée. Nous n'avons trouvé que deux pinces à linge, et une marmite manquait à l'appel alors que son couvercle, lui, était bien présent.

Brilliant service!

A minha estadia nesse apartamento foi excelente, apartamento grande com todos os utensílios, muito limpo. Praticidade para ir aos locais com facilidade tem um supermercado ao pé da porta de entrada. Recomendo muito este apartamento me senti em casa, com certeza voltarei.

High-end vacation!

Eine schöne Wohnung, mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, und sauber. Ruhige Lage, etwas abseits der touristischen Gebiete, was sehr gut ist, um dem überfüllten Altstadt zu entfliehen und andere Gegenden von Dubrovnik kennenzulernen. Sehr gut für Kinder geeignet, da es einen Park mit Sportplatz und Spielgeräten neben dem Gebäude gibt. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und antworten sehr schnell. Vielen Dank für alles!
