Spread over two floors, this space features three cosy bedrooms, one double and two singles, designed with your relaxation and privacy in mind. The two full bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience for all guests. We have 500Mbps symmetrical fibre optic (high speed internet).



We have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, toaster etc. We have a terrace on the top floor with incredible views of the sea and the city of Santa Cruz, it is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. On the top floor there is a washing machine and dryer for the use of our guests. The building does not have a lift and is on the third floor.
