With free parking upon request, lovely dining area for lazy brunches, fast broadband and Smart TV , it makes a perfect base for professionals or holiday makers visiting the area. This apartment offers a luxury getaway as well as feeling home from home.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with open plan kitchen and dining area. There is 1x King in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2x Singles. The living room also has a sofabed Please ensure you let us know if you require this. Check in times are from 4pm , keys collected from the main reception or after 5.30pm please provide a time you will arrive so we can meet and greet. Please note that this is a 2nd floor apartment with no lift access, so is unfortunately not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

You will have full use of the apartment for your stay.

We are centrally located in the town of Leamington Spa, we are very handy for the train station which can be walked to for ease. Our apartments are located in a quiet area are with lots to do around you.

There is plenty of local transport links from buses to taxis in the area.

A unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams.

PLEASE NOTE:
When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.
