We booked this place for 5 of us and it could have easily slept the 12 listed. We each had our own room and it was so nice after long days to have a room to yourself. Rooms were all spacious with comfortable beds. We used the laundry with no issue. Metro stop less than a five minutes away, only mistake was not spending more time in the neighborhood. So much to do there.

We were 3 couples staying at this apartment. There was plenty of room for the six of us. I would recommend this place to stay as it is close to a metro, the management is very responsive, it is clean and the beds are comfortable. There is also a very good bakery within a twominute walk, a grocery store five minutes away and many restaurants very close. While three of the rooms are on the side of the building where there is a lot of big city traffic and noise, one room is very secluded and quiet. There are air-conditioning in two of the bedrooms and the grand salon, and good quality fans in every room. We were in this apartment for seven nights and especially appreciated the location and ease of getting around the city. The apartment is on the first floor, which for Americans means the second floor. However there is a small elevator to get luggage up and down which makes it very doable. We all enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was just as pictured, perfect for our family of six, with two teenagers. We loved the neighborhood, which offered access to delicious opportunities for sampling many different kinds of food. The managers were available and responsive to our needs.

The apartment was clean and comfortable easily accomodated our family of 7.Location has easy access to cafes and shops with the metro also very close if needed.The street is busy until around 10pm so not ideal for families with small kids.I would happily stay here again and recommend.

This apartment is beautiful and in a safe neighborhood. High ceilings, plenty of room for our party of 8, location is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store. Easy walk to Galeries Lafayette. A good walk to Sacre Coeur - so much to see along the way. The host was great - responsive and helpful and worked to get us in earlier. The only issue we had is the apt description says it’s air conditioned. Two of the bedrooms are together down a long hallway and there are no a/c units in those rooms. And because of the hall, they don’t pick up any coolness from the main rooms. They were stifling to put it mildly. As a result we couldn’t use those rooms at all and the guests ended up on the couches. I wish we had known this because 4 guests completely took over the living area which then couldn’t be used as a family room. If you’re going when the weather is cool, I highly recommend.

Ico was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a perfect location near bakeries, a darling community park, restaurants and close enough to walk to all the sites and the security and safety of the building were added bonus. We had the best time!

Fabulous apartment

The apartment looked just as listed and it was in a wonderful area! Loved having morning coffee and watching everyone go to work and school on the street below. Plenty of room for our family of 8 and walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shopping!

While this apartment mostly has what it says it has, it could really benefit from some updates and cleaning. It’s got the space for a big group and the location is convenient, but it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped it would be. One major note: we were there during some serious summer heat at the AC is actually portable units. Coming from the US you may think this is fine, it is not. In Paris it seems the way with portable units is to simply leave the window open and prop the exhaust tube outside. Sounds ok but in reality when the windows are floor to ceiling, you are leaving a massive window open, hoping the exhaust stays outside (it doesn’t always do this which then leads to filling the room with exhaust in the night), letting the heat in, and somewhat cooling the room down. Add to that the level of the apartment right above a fairly busy street that is loud in the late night and early morning, and you have a recipe for very little sleep. Additionally, there are three total units but four bedrooms and the living room where additional people are meant to sleep.The furniture and surfaces felt a bit like a dorm. Not quite clean, upholstery really unpleasant (rough, a bit grimy and stained, just not comfortable to be on), like you want to wear shower shoes and slippers. This didn’t quite match up with the lovely photos which was disappointing.The hosts were very responsive and kind but overall I felt a bit uncomfortable staying there with my family and small kids.

The host was outstanding in every way. Questions beforehand were answered quickly and thoroughly. All directions were complete and easy to follow. We were able to check in early which was a huge help to jet lagged people who just wanted to drop their bags and get outside. The host could not have been more accommodating and it was much appreciated. The location was also outstanding close to public transport and a grocery store. Montmartre was within walking distance. The neighborhood was lively with people of all ages being in the park just down the street. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well appointed for a family of six people. Having three separate toilets was nice with so many people. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment. I have rented several apartments in Paris and this was the best by far. One last thing about the location. You are in a city so there will be city noises. If you are used to them, it will be fine. If not, you will get used to them before long. They didn’t bother me at all.
