Property in excellent location -within walking distance to santini plaza On the beach very nice pool very clean Two small thing toilet seat was very cheap/flimsy didn’t stay in place and a couple of blinds came down when I closed them (appeared they had come down before as they were taped
Beautiful condo on the south end of Fort Myers beach. Steps to the sandy beach. Communication with the host was wonderful. She was very responsive. Tastefully decorated with everything you will need for your stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Great place and had everything we needed for the beach . The condo was well maintained and clean with everything we needed to cook some of our meals I would recommend this place for a couple perfect.
We had great weather!!! The pool and beach were fantastic! Excellent shelling. We knew from being in FMB the spring before hurricane Ian hit it would not be the same. It had what we were looking for.....Sun, warm temps and water (pool & beach). The condo could use some updating but was adequate for what we wanted. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
We have stayed at EBTC several times. This was our first time since Ian. The new pool is amazing, and the beach still gorgeous. The area is still recovering with lots of construction going on. Restaurants are opening slowly. It was sad to see how tough it has been, but it’s coming back. We enjoyed our stay.
On the beach, on the pool, on the tennis courts, great uncovered parking, 5 good restaurants 150 yards across the street, marina 200 yards all walkable. Small 1 bedroom nicely decoratedw nice balcony, beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, flat screens - not much else is needed. If they don’t have it you don’t need it.
Everything you need for 2 people. It is so nice to walk outside and already be on the beach. The condo was clean and well decorated. Ft Myers is still a work-in-process after the hurricane but it is beginning to come alive. Publix is close by for you grocery needs and a new restaurant behind it is awesome.
We had a pretty good time. Made the best of it. The beach was under reconstruction 24/7 beeping we had to walk a ways to get to beach. When booking I read there was a washer I thought in unit but no was coin in basement. Furniture was extremely uncomfortable as was bed. Again tried to make best of it. Pool area was lovely. Probably wouldn’t return fort Myers has really changed. Difficult to get on and off island.
The condo was nice, except the sliding door and windows are in need of replacement. Inboir opinion, the building as a whole is not ready for visitors due to the hurricane in 2022. The swimming pool is not yet ready, nor are the lobby areas of the three buildings. Construction is ongoing throughout the grounds and virtually all of Fort Myers Beach.
Thank you for your feedback, Ken! It was a pretty tough hit we had here on FMB :(
(Pool will be ready in 2 weeks, and the screen/windows are being replaced by the HOA shortly, just so upcoming guests are aware!) hope to see you again soon!
Property was just okay. No oven which was a surprise. Ceiling fan and light didnt work. Large overstuffed chair and ottoman took up much of the living space and was a bit grimy. Bed was great but lighting wasnt good enogh to read in bed. We bought a pole lamp for living room. No cable on the living room tv and no channrcha nel guide. Only one elevator. Bummer.
Points faibles : Communication, exactitude de l’annonce
Disappointed
Condo warm day and night A/C running constantly. No vertical blinds over patio glass so couldn’t block daytime sun. tv in living area wouldn’t stay on kept shutting down. Bed was appalling, my back may never be the same
It’s summertime in southern florida! The AC runs in every home all day, every day. It’s 95 degrees out, maam.
There’s blinds that go over the windows, and the big patio doors, so that is an unfortunate lie. The bed we have never had a complain about, I also stay here often and love the bed! It’s a quality mattress. Thanks for your review!

Too bad for the sandflees
We visited Kathy's condo for a week in October and I have mixed feelings about the place. Overall we enjoyed the area and found having Santini Plaza next door to be super convenient. The condo is well appointed and decorated but it is definitely showing its age..especially the windows and sliding patio door. We suspect that many of our bug bites came from he no see ums or sand flees entering the condo from cracks in the windows.
We really enjoyed the beach and pool but again the sand flees were horrible and by the end of the week we were covered With over 20 bites each which were extremely itchy. My boyfriend's feet were eaten alive when he attempted to BBQ some steaks one night.
Kathy was very nice and accommodating and we met several nice people while visiting. Unfortunately though the sand flee bites were what made us decide that we would likely not visit this area again.
I should have addressed the issue in this review immediately... but for us Floridians it is a part of life… ugh
No-See-Ums also known as (Biting midges) Not sand fleas in the condo
Last year they were Horrible!
Biting midges are particularly abundant in the vicinity of mangrove swamps or salt marshes, sand and grass. They do not thrive on tile or concrete. Our unit is all tile...
The greatest biting activity is around dawn and dusk. They jump on you and jump off you quickly. Sometimes you don’t realize that you have been bitten until the next day...after your shower.... (hence the idea that you were bitten in the condo)
As weak flyers, they are not jumping 70 feet in the air from the concrete parking lot into our balconies.
Because their life span is so short and their habitat so varied, Lee County Mosquito Control, or their counterparts in all six SW Florida counties, is unable to offer any kind of control for biting midges. Controlling no-see-ums on a county-wide scale would result in almost daily spraying and the environmental harm that resulted would far outweigh the benefits.
To prevent bites, bring some insect repellent with as much DEET content when outside in the grass and sand.... especially in the morning and at dusk.... dusk can be the worst!
Another local preventative is applying the beauty product, Skin So Soft (or any Baby Oil), which effectively traps the no-see-um in the oil, thereby preventing the tiny midge from being able to bite in the first place.
I hope this puts everyone at ease... they are not in the condo.... The complex sprays for bugs on inside of our units..... but they can't spray outside where you actually get bitten..
The condo itself is nice. However, we experienced difficulties due to the unit's lack of regular maintenance. The rollers on the sliding door leading to the balcony were badly worn and in need of replacement making the door extremely difficult and then impossible to open. We were fortunate not to be trapped outside on the balcony when the door became completely immovable. We notified the owner of the issue on arrival, and the response was that they had been there the week before and the door was "fine to open". The property manager examined the door the second day of our stay, and indicated the rollers were "shot". On day 16 of our 20-day stay, the door was repaired and we could finally access the balcony where we love spending time. The door issue should have been noted and addressed when the property owner was there shortly before our stay.
We replaced the sliding glass door now and it works perfectly! Unfortunately with the category 5 hurricane we endured, it’s difficult to get someone to a property to repair immediately when something breaks. It’s all repaired now. Thank you for the feedback!
We stayed at the condo after finishing a 7 day cruise in the Caribbean. I like to walk on the beach and the beach was good for that. The first day I even saw dolphins swimming alongside the beach. The Condo was a great size for a couple and the King bed was very comfortable. There was plentiful supply of towels. We only had breakfast at the condo each day. Other meals could have been prepared. I wish that there had been a saucepan with a lid that we could have used to boil water. While we were in Fort Myers Beach it was quite cool and the condo heater was very efficient. The TV was excellent with lots of channels.Fort Myers is still having a lot of repair work completed from the hurricanes but the Estero Beach and Tennis Club has been largely fully repaired. The Tennis and Pickleball has new courts which looked beautiful although we didn't use them. The Pool was lovely, it was heated to around 85F and was surrounded by a large number of loungers. The other people we met while staying in the condo, both renters and owners were all very friendly. There is a great bicycle trail all down the road and traffic was light so it felt very safe. The plaza opposite the condo has ben rebuilt and there are a couple of excellent clothes shops although as yet the restaurants have not returned. We found good restaurants both north and south of the condo.I would love to return to this condo and have no hesitation in recommending it.
Lovely condo in a beautiful resort with a view of the wide, white sand beach. Nice pool with loungers on several patios. The room and the resort are clean and well-maintained. Excellent pickle ball courts in front of the complex. Great location with a more relaxed vibe.
