The Little Gate House - A peaceful getaway with adventure on your doorstep

The Little Gate House is a one bed, one bath, self-contained guesthouse with private parking and patio area all to yourself. We are dog friendly and can offer a camp bed, cot and infant amenities if required. Please just send us a message and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Our location is perfect for those wanting to retreat to the Welsh countryside, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with picturesque walks, hikes, fishing, and well known tourist towns are all minutes away. We highly recommend making the trip to Llangollen via the stunning Horse Shoe Pass.
For the more adventurous, Llandegla Forest is minutes away for trail-biking and running. Their cafe is excellent as well.
For a romantic, quiet getaway The Little Gate House has you covered... Cosy up to the electric fire and shut yourselves away from the chaos of regular life.
Our house is conveniently located on the public bus route, allowing access to Wrexham, Ruthin and Denbigh on a regular basis.
Additionally we are not far from Offa’s Dyke Path and welcome all walkers, we recommend having a pit stop at Llandegla Community Cafe/Shop to stock up and if we’re available, we will happily collect you to rest your legs.
