We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience. There was a strong sewer smell inside the houseboat throughout the stay, which we initially tried to tolerate because it was a short rental. On the morning of departure, I discovered that my bag stored under the bed was wet, smelled of sewage, and had brown residue on it. I reported the issue immediately and provided a photo. Marinaparcs acknowledged the problem and said they would arrange a technician and come back with a compensation proposal, but despite following up, I have not received any further response. The issue itself was unpleasant and unhygienic, but the lack of timely follow-up afterward made the experience worse. Based on this, I would not recommend staying here unless you are comfortable dealing with unresolved maintenance and sanitation issues.

Das für uns vorgesehene Hausboot stank nach kaltem Rauch und der Boden war im Flur defekt/hochgekommen. Ein Anruf bei Marinaparken und wir bekamen eine andere Lodge zugewiesen. Auch in dieser Lodge war mit Sicherheit geraucht worden, aber es roch bei weitem nicht so schlimm, also nahmen wir das "Tauschangebot" an. Leider haben wir das Bad nicht rechtzeitig genutzt/geprüft, denn in der Dusche war jede Silikonfuge mehr oder weniger (meist mehr...) angeschimmelt. Wir haben das Waschhaus des Hafen benutzt, das war einwandfrei!!! Wir sind schon abgereist, obwohl wir bis morgen gebucht hatten. Der Hafen ist schön, man kann da sicherlich ein paar schöne Tage verbringen, aber dann besser nicht in einer Hafenlodge...

Accommodatie was bijzonder en fijn. Communicatie met verhuurder was slecht. Moeilijk te bereiken. Geen ventilator aanwezig voor de extreme hitte, er zijn wel 2 kachels. Koffiezetapparaat kon een Senseo of ander merk zijn. Hierdoor kun je geen koffie mee nemen vooraf. Uitleg werking wc duidelijk en goed aangebracht.

Hatten uns mit dem Vermieter auf die Maximalbelegung von sechs Personen geeinigt, ohne zu wissen, dass die gesamte Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck, Stühle, Decken,…) nur für vier Personen geeignet war.
