A stylish studio suite in Dhoros village in the Troodos region. Restored to its full glory and fully equipped offering all amenities which include WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, 1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 guest WC downstairs, and two secluded private small courtyards for romantic moments.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with dining area. The traditional Cypriot bed has been restored to remind you of the old times.

The feel of the house is relaxing and calm combining traditional Cypriot features matched with modern comforts. This is a studio house with the bed in the living room area and open plan large children. Can sleep up to 2 persons + infant (baby cot is provided upon request and is charged extra at €30 per stay).

LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA & KITCHEN:
Open plan living room, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor of the house. This area has a seater sofa plus a couple of stools, a log burner, electric heater, and a smart TV with Netflix and streaming channels. This area opens to the back patio of the house which is private and secluded.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The dining area in the kitchen has a table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, hood, dishwasher kettle and toaster.

BATHROOM:
Bathroom with bathtub on the first floor. Guest toilet on the ground floor.

BED AREA
The traditional Cypriot bed has been restored to its full glory.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack in the kitchen area.

PATIOS:
2 patios - one is at the entrance of the house, the other at the back. Both surrounded with high walls for full privacy.

The house is located in the historic center of the village which is easy to walk (no cars allowed) and explore. Also, within a few minutes walk you can visit Karseras winery for a free wine tasting experience, the street food van in its premises, the traditional coffee shop and the 2 churches of the village.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 10 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.
