Péniche située dans le magnifique port de Kittery / Portsmouth

Le "Reef" est une péniche de 50 'nouvellement construite amarrée à Badgers Island Marina située à Kittery, ME sur la rivière Piscataqua.

La péniche comprend un lit queen dans les deux chambres ainsi qu'un canapé-lit. Le bain maître a une tête et un lavabo tandis que le bain principal a une douche, une tête et un lavabo. The Galley dispose d'un réfrigérateur, d'un évier et d'une cuisinière, ainsi que d'une cafetière Keurig, d'un grille-pain, de casseroles, d'un casseroles et d'un ensemble complet de vaisselle / ustensiles.


Aussi dans la Galley est une dinette avec des sièges pour 4 ainsi que le bartop qui a deux places pour 2.

Dans le salon se trouve un canapé-lit queen, un téléviseur à écran plat 32 "et un haut-parleur Bluetooth.

Au sommet de la péniche, il y a une belle terrasse extérieure où vous pourrez profiter de votre vue sur la rivière tout en profitant de la table de patio offrant 4 sièges.

Sur place, le port de plaisance est une salle de bain avec 2 salles de bain complètes, 1 salle de bains et des unités de lavage et de séchage à pièces.

Sur la jetée de la marina, il y a une grille pleine grandeur, des tables de pique-nique, des chaises Adirondack, etc.

La glace est disponible à l'achat et il y a un parking gratuit.

Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis pour 30 $. 00 frais.

Aucun animal de compagnie n'est autorisé - pas d'exception.

Il est interdit de fumer à tout moment sur le bateau, y compris les ponts extérieurs.

The location was excellent - walking distance to Kittery and Portsmouth. The property is well maintained. The roof deck provided excellent views of sunrises and sunsets. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations! 4 of us (adults) stayed on this beautiful houseboat for 3 nights. Amazing location and views, and surprisingly quiet. The boat is spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful, especially the upper deck!

The Reef

Staying on the boat is extremely enjoyable, marina is well maintained, personal are knowledgeable and friendly. Portsmouth and Kittery have the best of everything restaurants , shopping etc. Rye beach and York Beach a short drive away. We will be back.

Houseboat Heaven!

My kids, husband and I loved staying here. The boat was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location can’t be beat. Sitting on the top deck in the evening was lovely. The Badger Island Marina staff are beyond friendly and wonderful. We loved every single thing about our stay.
