The ground floor comprises a living room with a feature fireplace, cloakroom and luxurious fitted kitchen with integrated white goods and double doors leading out to the garden with a coal barbecue. The first floor offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5ft kingsize double bed. The second bedroom with 2x 3ft single beds to create a twin room. Third bedroom with a 3ft single bed. Each bedroom contains build-in wardrobes. The house bathroom boasts a rainforest shower over the bath. Externally, the garden is principally laid to lawn with a paved patio with a covered patio area with evening lighting and a covered BBQ area. One dedicated off-road parking space is situated to the side of the property.

POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter?
