Perfectly designed for up to 7 guests, with three inviting bedrooms, two bathrooms, and generous indoor-outdoor spaces, this is a place for families or friends to reconnect and recharge under the Cretan sun.

The pool, the barbecue area, and the soft evening breeze set the tone for easy days and memorable evenings — all within reach of local tavernas, shops, and golden-sand beaches.

The villa unfolds across 143m² of comfortable living, offering space, privacy, and homey amenities across two floors.



The ground floor welcomes you with a sunlit, open-plan layout — a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, a dining area for six, and a cozy living space with a 50” TV and direct access to the pool terrace. A full bathroom with shower is also available on this level. One guest can sleep on the living room’s comfortable sofa, if needed.

Panormos also connects frequently with public buses to Rethymno and Heraklion, offering car-free access to nearby cities and attractions. Still, for added flexibility and exploration, we recommend renting a car — and our team is happy to assist.

Things to Note

Guests are kindly expected to leave the home in a reasonable state of cleanliness.



The maximum number of guests must not exceed what is stated in the rental agreement.



Parents are fully responsible for supervising children around the pool. Children under 12 are not permitted in the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. Diving is not allowed.



A government-mandated climate crisis resilience fee of €15 per night is payable in cash upon arrival.
