Apartment Theia is a first floor, two bedroom apartment, with wonderful sea and sunset views.

Bedrooms: one double bedroom (en suite with bath and overhead shower), one twin room with adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.

Full Apartment Description:
Apartment Theia is a lovely light spacious first floor apartment with a large balcony that offers wonderful sea and sunset views. The apartment is modern, conveniently located and comfortable. There is an open plan living and dining room, with large comfortable sofa and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is adjacent to this room, and is well equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Both the double and twin bedrooms are south facing, offering lovely sea views. The twin room opens out on to the main balcony. The front main balcony faces the coastline and is spacious with dining table and chairs, a Gas BBQ and sunbeds. There is also a second balcony with sunbeds, great for catching the morning sunshine. Apartment Theia has air-conditioning, free reliable wifi, and a large Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix.

The apartment is a short stroll to the fantastic communal pools on Theseus Village, and within a ten minute walk of the Resort centre and facilities. Great location, and wonderful, memorable views.

Theseus Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Theseus Village is around a 10 minute stroll from the resort village square. It is a great village for families, especially those with young children. It boasts two fantastic communal pools (with beach entrance and separate children’s pool).

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
