Attico Dolce Vita is a luxury apartment for short stays and vacations in Milan, with panoramic views of the city and a terrace with a hot tub.
The apartment offers up to 8 beds
for stays and accommodates up to 35 people for private events, photo
shoots and small ceremonies. It is spread over 200 square meters
arranged on two levels, penthouse and super penthouse suite.
In addition to the mini Jacuzzi pool, theAttico Dolce Vita is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, safe, washing machine,
heaters, mosquito nets, TV, iron and ironing board, etc. The large
kitchen is complete with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster.
The condominium has concierge service. Possibility of 1 indoor parking space for a fee (25 euros per day, to be paid on the spot). Pets allowed.

The
Attico Dolce Vita is a perfect vacation home for experiencing a stay in
authentic Milanese style. It occupies the sixth and seventh floors of
an elegant building with concierge service and elevator.
The 200-square-meter property, spread over two floors - penthouse and super-attic - creates a refined and evocative environment, as well as offering a breathtaking view of Milan.
The largeterrace, enjoyable all year round thanks to the veranda with solarium and the imposing Jacuzzi, invites to relaxing hours of pleasure. The Jacuzzi can be heated, upon request, for a fee.
The
rooms are distinguished by the selection of quality materials and their
airy spaciousness, and are characterized by the warmth of wood that
accompanies guests through the spaces.
The living area of Attico Dolce Vita consists of a large living room with smart TV,
dining area, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room with
five-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and
microwave, 1 double sofa bed and an ornamental fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms all with en suite shower rooms,
two on the penthouse floor with private balconies, one on the
super-attic, with a bathroom, Jacuzzi and panoramic views of the
Madonnina del Duomo.
All rooms are air conditioned and illuminated
by natural light. Maximum soundproofing and security are guaranteed by
double-glazed windows and armored door. Fiber optic wi-fi internet connection is unlimited.

Household amenities are complete and refined, from sheets and towels to shower gel, shampoo and soap.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Change of Towels/linen upon request: euro 150 per apartment per week. 
- The flat is composed by 2 floors. 
- Use of the heated Jacuzzi is charged (100 euros per day, optional all year round: heating is charged for the entire stay and is enabled remotely)
- Possibility of an indoor parking with an extra of €25 per day, payment upon arrival.
- During weekend and if guests include residents of Milan, the security deposit is doubled.
- IF AN EVENT OF ANY KIND OCCURS WHICH DISTURBS THE CONDOMINIUM, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE TOTALLY RETAINED.
