We have stayed here last year, and came back for the school Easter Holidays, location is perfect, has such a lovely view fromthe balcony, relaxing just listening to the waves lap the shore!! Has everything you need, would recommend for families or couples

Had a fantastic week in this apartment, such a great location, apartment has everything you need.

Couldn’t have asked for more!! Perfect location, so relaxing had a great time, definitely would go back! Great if you have kids with pool and beach right on your door step.

My husband and I love staying in the Calahonda area! We love going for long walks along the boardwalk and dining at the many restaurants in the area! This lovely condo offers beautiful views of the sea and it’s very comfortable with lots of plus! We veryenjoyed our 3 month star

Amazing place!

A wonderful apartment in a great location! Beautifully renovated with everything we needed for a family holiday with 2 young children. We wish we were still there! Communication with Hans, Tineke and Belinda was great and they are all lovely! We would happily return to this apartment for another holiday!

Lovely apt and great location

The apt is lovely and the location is perfect - right on the beach. Superb views. Very good communication with the owners and their representative. Well equipped kitchen. 2 supermarkets within walking distance and several chiringuitos nearby too. Would recommend and return if ever in the area again.

Fabulous apartment in great location

We’re a family of 4 with two teenage girls. The apartment was perfect for our week away. We know the area and have stayed many times over the years but we’re coming back for a week of chill. The apartment was perfect so close to a great beach bar and direct access to the beach and the coastal walkway. Wit was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We were looked after by Belinda really well. Would definitely recommend and love to go back one day.

Beautiful apartment in idylic location

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful sea front apartment and loved ever minute of it. We took our elderly parents and this apartment was perfect as it was on the boardwalk and sea front, therefore, very accessible for any age. The apartment is clean, modern and with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The views from the balcony are just amazing!! Lidl is less than 10 minutes walk, which was an absolute bonus. Communication from start to finish with Hans was brilliant and I would highly recommend this apartment.

We spent two wonderful months in the apartment. The view is absolutely amazing. Priceless. The handover was smooth and the place was very clean. It had all the necessary equipment, crockery. We didn't miss anything. The location is well maintained with all amenities nearby. I would suggest that the main bathroom would be better with a walk in shower.There are nice deck chairs which are good for balcony but personally I found it uncomfortable to use it by the pool area. I recommend folding sunbeds.We 100% recommend this place and definitely will be coming back in future.

Lovely apartment in a great setting

The apartment is as stated and is a great place to stay. The whole process from booking to checking out was very easy with good communication from Hans and Belinda, who met us on site. The site is very close to the main road, which gave it very easy access and plenty of parking but you cant hear the road noise so that didn't affect the stay at all. The views overlooking the pool (which was very nice to swim in) and beach ( which is quite rocky) were gorgeous. There is a restaurant next door but very little noise from that so it wasn't an issue. The only down side was the noise from upstairs early in the morning 6.30/7amwith banging doors etc but during the night, it was very peaceful. The only thing that would put us off staying here again is the main road, which you have to use to drive anywhere and it is quite mental traffic-wise. Calahonda is a nice place but, for us, nt nice enough to return.

Centrally located: Malaga, 30 minutes away (best parking is under the city-center 'cube' and simply explore the amazing city in a circular path; Gibraltar 1.5 hrs; Ronda 1.5hrs; day trips to Cordoba and Granada about 2hrs.Loved the view from the apartment. On a clear day Morocco and Gibraltar can be seen from the balcony. If you can, bring binoculars. Parking was okay, but don't expect to park at the five adjacent apartment spaces. I took up one space and received a note rom Margaret not to park there again due to her husband's disability. I didn't, but there was no disability posting. It's a 1-minute walk from Pirate Beach.The boardwalk is perfect. I was not pleased with the food or service at the short walk to Pirate Beach or Luna Beach, but Portifino Restaurant (at the marina) was excellent: Salmon w/Orange Sauce the best I ever had. Service excellent.The local grocery store is a short 10-minute walk or amazingly quick drive. Simply drive/walk under the freeway and take the road ajacent to the freeway entrance. For other needs, La Canada Mall is only 20 minutes in Marabella. There is a very large grocery store in the mall (ajacent to the flags outside) where you can get grocerys, wine, spirits, clothing, luggage and shoes.I would recommed the facility provide more trash bags for under the sink, a few more rolls of toilet paper and install a handrail in the shower/tub bathroom. Also, the floor mats are slippery. Recommend replacing with non-slip for saftey.

Condo très bien équipé, il ne manque de rien, propre et confortable. La vue sur l'océan est superbe, le complexe est très bien entretenu. Les photos sur le site représentent exactement ce que l'on retrouve une fois sur place. Les propriétaires Hans et Tineke qui sont venus se présenter, ont été très généreux et compréhensifs, ils étaient seulement à 1 coup de fil près et ont toujours été "action/réaction". Il y a 2 grosses épiceries à 10 minutes de marche, les arrêts de bus direction Marbella ou Fuengirola aussi à /- 10 minutes de marche. Petit bémol qui est hors contrôle des propriétaires mais qui doit être mentionné....les aboiements aigus du petit chien de l'appartement niveau terrasse peuvent être parfois dérangeants, malgré ça c'est un endroit que je recommanderais sans hésitation.

Appartement très beau mais pas reposant

Les photos correspondent bien à l'appartement, très bien agencé et aménagé, avec piscine entretenue au quotidien, et face à la mer (prévoir chaussures car cailloux). Literie de bonne qualité, manque juste des oreillers car trop plat. Pas mal de rangement, présence de VR roulants électriques, équipement dans la cuisine. On n'entend pas la route. Là où nous sommes vraiment déçus : - Isolation phonique intérieure une catastrophe..... Dès 7h15, on en est réveillé par le réveil au dessus, puis ça court, ça bouge les éléments, l'aspirateur et rebelote le soir. En gros, les voisins du dessus vous dictent vos heures de sommeil/repos, pas de voisin en dessous sur nos dates... - La propreté de base très bien, mais douche dont l'évacuation est très lente, mon mari vérifie et nous supposons que ce n'est jamais nettoyé vu ce qu'il a retiré.... depuis ça évacue très bien, mais c'est à nettoyer entre chaque location.... - Il faut respecter la faune, pas de problème, on a eu quelques cucarachas (4), mais alors on veut bien tolérer quelques fourmis mais pas une fourmilière dans la cuisine... elles sortent du meuble MO mais aussi entre les meubles d'angles, on nettoie en supprimant les fourmis, 2h après on est de nouveau envahi de fourmis, jusqu'à en avoir dans le lave vaisselle et pas 2 ou 3.... Bref on est mitigé, car au prix de la nuit, on aurait souhaité une meilleure qualité de repos entre nos visites sur le secteur.

On a manqué de rien dans l'appartement. Juste au niveau d'une des 2 salles de douche, celle-ci est inutilisable car les remontées d'eau du lave linge sortent par le syphon, il y a donc toujours des dépôts de saleté dans le bac et ne donne pas envie de s'y douché. Mais pour le reste tout était top! Il y a pas grand chose autour de l'appartement mais cela ne nous a pas déranger car nous avons beacoup bouger en journée dans les villes voisines. La vue sur la mer et la piscine est magnifique. L'eau de la piscine est chauffée et c'est très agréable.

We just spent a month here with our young son and I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment and the attention to detail the owners have.From the start we were sent clear check in instructions, the apartment looks even better in real life than the photos. Everything was spotless, and well fitted out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and I cooked a lot! The nice view, a nice pool and the other residents were very friendly. The location is great with two supermarkets walking distance we did not need a car and the mijas taxi service is so effective it’s only 8 euros to La Cala. 10/10 recommended for a relaxing break by the sea. Perfecte lokatie.Leuk en doelmatig ingericht.Terras buiten en het zeezicht zijn een topper.Boardwalk top.Restaurants sommige op loopafstand afstand,voor de wat luxere restaurants heb je een auto nodig.Dagelijkse boodschappen diverse lokaties dichtbij.Auto is een pre als je wat van de omgeving wil zien.
