Beautifully renovated summer house just 150 meters from the Noordwijk beach, dunes, and boulevard! Following the success of our previous rental (with over 80 great reviews), we look forward to welcoming you to our new home.The layout:Ground floor: Cozy living room (with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area), fully equipped kitchen (4-burner stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, and a Dolce Gusto machine), and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.First floor: Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed), ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. On the landing/bedroom, there is an additional sink with cold water only.Important note about the stairs: The bedrooms are reached via a fairly steep, space-saving staircase (typical Dutch style). This property is therefore less suitable for individuals with limited mobility.Outside: A private garden with a lovely terrace to relax after a day at the beach.Parking & Surroundings:Convenient parking is close by at the large "T Wantveld" parking lot (more information will be provided after booking). The house is ideally located: a 5-minute walk from Noordwijk's nightlife and right in the heart of the Bulb Region (Bollenstreek), just a 15-minute drive from the Keukenhof (perfect for the blooming fields between March and May).Do you have any questions? We had a very comfortable stay in the house. It is conveniently close to the sea and to the dunes for walking and biking. Suzanne was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Suzanne is really nice and communication is perfect!The weather was not on our side but this accommodation is close to the beach for sunny days. The house is comfortable but tiny and the stairs are steep.

Lovely Stay in Noordwijk

We stayed for a week with a small child and enjoyed this house a lot. It provides everything you need on holiday on top of the perfect location for basically everything in Noordwijk. The steps are indeed steep, but this should be expected anywhere in the Netherlands so it was nothing surprising to us :-)

Perfect location for Flower Festival

Property was perfectly located to view the Flower Festival. Communication with owner was excellent. Holiday home clean and well maintained. Only negative point for us was the stairs to the top floor were incredibly steep and difficult to manoeuvre.

A few nice days in a cozy accommodation

Nice cozy accommodation very close to the beach, restaurants and Noordwijk center. We had everything we needed for a short stay. The communication to the host was easy and fast. Our car was parked a few minutes walk on a public parking lot. A fan belonging to the accommodation saved us one hot night. We would come again Thanks

Loveley fairytale cottage!

We would like to thank you for a wonderful vacation in Noordwijk in this pretty, very lovingly furnished cottage. We felt very comfortable there. Everything was perfect. I was especially happy about the magnifying mirror (just a little thing), otherwise I can't see very well when I put on make-up. Now our vacation is over and we are starting our journey home. Très bien situé

Excellente communication avec l’hôte Suzanne qui est très rapide pour répondre. La maison était très propre. La cuisine est minimaliste mais adéquate pour dépanner. Il y avait une bâtisse en construction derrière l’apartement alors les matins étaient bruyants la semaine mais nous avons passé de belles vacances.

Très agréable petite maison cosy

Très cosy et propre , pas de chance cette semaine là des travaux étaient en cours , mais ce ne fut que très peu gênant.Petit complément idéal à 3 (2 adultes et 1 adolescent ) , pas de cafetière « classique » donc pensez à prendre des dosettes Dolce Gusto .

Wir haben als 3-köpfige Familie einen 6-tägigen Urlaub in Noordwijk verbracht. Die Buchung des Tiny-House war einfach und auch die Anleitung mit Erklärung und Fotos zum Check-In, Wegbeschreibung, Parkplatz und W-LAN war detailliert und leicht verständlich. Das Häuschen ist schön und hell renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden und duften frisch. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man fühlt sich wohl. Das Badezimmer (Toilette und Dusche) ist sehr klein, aber das kann man auf den Fotos sehen. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen konnte man Suzanne und Wessel schreiben und bekam schnell eine Antwort. Die Lage ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sowohl am Strand, als auch in der Fußgängerzone oder beim Parkplatz. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Kompaktes Häusschen mit allem was man braucht. Für Eltern mit einem Kind genau richtig. Vom Ort kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Strand. Eine Fahrradtour durch die Dünenlandschaft kann ich nur empfehlen. Achtung für alle über 1,80m Größe. Beim Treppe hochgehen "Demut" zeigen, also den Kopf senken ;) sonst kann man sich leicht den Kopf stoßen, die Treppe ist sehr eng.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im kleinen Häuschen von Suzanne und Wessel. Das Haus ist klein, aber fein: sehr sauber und total liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig, der Check- In war wegen detaillierter Beschreibung problemlos. Der Strand ist wirklich nur um die Ecke. Danke für eine schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war besonderes nett. Das kleine Haus befindet sich in einem Hinterhof. Es ist gemütlich und alles ist vorhanden. Das Bad ist allerdings SEHR klein und das Waschbecken ist im Obergeschoss. Leider kann man nicht vor der Tür parken. Der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz ist 5 Gehminuten entfernten. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, dass hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Alles im allem ein schönes Tiny Haus ,wenn man bisschen flexibel ist .

Einfach schön

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung von Suzanne und Wessel und haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit würden wir die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen - Suzanne und Wessel sind Gastgeber die sich kümmern und die Lage ist absolut perfekt! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge am Strand genossen und können das B.E.A.C.H. Noordwijk nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit!!
