Cette cabine charmante, confortable et entiĂšrement mise Ă  jour rĂ©cemment offre la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© d'un cadre privĂ© mais situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes de Signal Ridge Marina / Boat Rentals, du golf, de la forĂȘt nationale et de la randonnĂ©e et de certaines des meilleures cascades des environs. À seulement 7 minutes du centre-ville de Cashiers NC et Ă  seulement 20 minutes du centre-ville de Highlands NC. La cabine Lazy Moss est situĂ©e juste en face du lac Glenville oĂč vous pouvez vous promener et profiter d'un cadre de parc privĂ©, nager ou mettre votre propre kayak ou canoĂ« pour un peu de pagaie.

ÉlectromĂ©nagers: La cabine a une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse complĂšte, une petite cuisiniĂšre Ă©lectrique, un micro-ondes, une cafetiĂšre, une SmartTV avec DirectTV, un aspirateur. gril Ă  gaz Ă  l'extĂ©rieur
Salle de bain: douche 3’x3 ’avec porte vitrĂ©e sans cadre, toilettes Ă  hauteur confortable, lavabo et robinet dans un comptoir en bois massif, planchers de tuiles.
Dormir: Il y a un lit king size avec un lit double dans le mĂȘme espace. Un grand espace pour un couple ou un couple avec un enfant. TĂȘte de lit en bois de grange et tables d'appoint intĂ©grĂ©es.
Lazy Moss Cabin a également une belle véranda grillagée sur le cÎté du ruisseau de la cabine avec des siÚges en plein air et un coin repas. Il y a un chemin de marche entre les deux parkings et la porte d'entrée.
Chauffage / refroidissement: La cabine est chauffée et refroidie avec un nouveau systÚme d'air Mitsubishi à chaque niveau.
La cabine Lazy Moss est une promenade rapide vers le lac Glenville oĂč vous pourrez profiter des plus beaux couchers de soleil. La promenade vers le lac Glenville et le parc privĂ© traverse l'autoroute 107, donc vos chiens devront ĂȘtre tenus en laisse et tenir les mains des enfants lorsque vous traversez. We had an amazing stay at Lazy Moss Cabin! It is so cozy and comfortable, a great place for relaxing and full of everything you need. Very clean and we loved the extra touches around the house for the dogs. Our two dogs loved being able to play and swim at the lake beach area across the street! Having access to this was a huge plus. You can’t beat morning coffee on the great screened in porch! Perfect location close to Cashiers and not a bad drive to the Highlands. Plenty to do in the area and great food close by! We are leaving feeling relaxed and can’t wait to return. Only wish we were staying longer! Thank you for having us and our pups!

Great cabin. Very well appointed. Nice architectural touches everywhere. Only drawbacks were that the screened porch could have been cleaner. And, since it is located so close to the main road, there is lots of road noise while enjoying the screened porch.

Birthday getaway

The cabin was perfect. Well built nicely decorated. I loved everything about it. It’s in a nice little fairy Cove. We brought our two elderly dogs and because of their challenges with mobility, the digs had to sleep downstairs. The owner provided some adorable doggy sheets to cover the furniture with. I thought that was a sweet touch. However, we brought our dog beds with us.It was perfect. The air conditioning units are amazing.The location to the marina is awesome. We really really enjoy the screened in porch and all of the high ceilings :-)I personally think that there’s ample space to walk your dog for when nature calls. Since this cabin is located in the Highland Appalachian mountains, you can expect very steep slopes in most places. The parking space was good for our Toyota Tacoma and Volvo SUV. Communication with the owner was seamless. Cell phone service is a challenge in this area all around
 So connecting to the Wi-Fi in the cabin was our default way of making and receiving phone calls and such.

Lovely stay

The lazy moss cabin was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. It is situated in a great location with easy access to many beautiful hikes and fun mountain towns.

Fantastic little cabin

This cabin was perfect for my family (wife, 8yr old, dog) and me! It’s in a fantastic location with easy access to the water. It was clean, had all the essentials, and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the area!

Gorgeous farmhouse chic cabin for two

Loved the cabin - very comfortable, such interesting architectural details, fantastic screened porch; quite private. I loved the moss, plantings, stone walkway; plenty of parking space. Yes we could hear the highway but traffic was minimal at night, also means quick access to area travels. So close to the lake, only a quick walk to be on the lake itself. There are multiple rec areas on the lake within a short drive. Captain Marks pontoon lake tour was educational and a lot of fun

Fairy tale Cottage

The cottage was beautiful inside and out. Like something out of a fairytale. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and the marina across the street. We were close to Cashiers, Highlands and Sapphire Valley. I very much appreciated the owner letting me know how to access the marina for walks with our dogs and refreshing swimming in the lake. Great restaurants nearby, especially Happ's Place with great food and live music. Great trip all in all.

Mixed Bag

As advertised with many very original and tasteful ideas reflecting much thought went into such a small space, but adequate for two. The traffic noise was unbearable, particularly when on the veranda. Even in mid August the veranda needed heat elements. The king size bed should be queen - had to climb over, not around. The kitchen could do with a gas oven, a kettle (preferably electric), a cheese grater, a steamer insert - to steam veggies. The first three stairs could use a banister - for old folks and dimmer switches would be nice. The location was great with access to the park but lacked viewing of the lovely lake from inside the cabin - may be one day a crows nest could be added?

Week at the lake

Great location to explore the surrounding areas of Cashiers, Highlands and Lake Toxaway. Cabin was very comfortable for the 2 of us along with our 2 dogs. The only disadvantage is that you have to cross Hwy 107 to get to the private lakeside park. The road is only 2 lanes but the traffic is fast and at times noisy.

Truly enjoyed all the tiny details of this cabin that made it feel welcoming and easy to stay. Would highly recommend as the host is very welcoming and fantastic at communicating details prior to arrival.

Everything you need cute cabin

The cabin was just darling with too many added architectural details to list. Every inch of space was ingeniously used. All the equipment in the kitchen anyone could need. Hosts were nice enough to leave most spices we could use. Clean, very nicely decorated and the tree branch railings were great. The only disappointment for us was probably our fault. I thought from one of the pictures we could see Lake Glenville from somewhere besides standing at the bedroom window. Also,while sitting on the screened porch the noise from the busy road below marred an otherwise very peaceful visit. Would definitely come back.

Cute Cabin

Cute, well appointed cabin, had everything we needed. Sheets to cover furniture for dogs and dog bowls provided were a nice touch. The king bed was very comfortable, though challenging to get in and out of. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful screened porch, enjoying the cool weather. You have to cross a busy highway to get to lake, no real place to walk around with dogs. The bathroom was definitely not equipped for tall people. I am 6 ft and my husband is 6'3", shower head was very short and we had to crouch down to wash hair. These were minor inconveniences and we really enjoyed our stay.

I moved here to the Glenville area in 1997. I do live in Glenville full time. I love photography and trust me, there is a lot to photograph here. Mountains and waterfalls, birds and flowers, breathtaking sunsets, and if your lucky maybe a bear. You can hike and explore the national parks, eat the great food from local restaurants, all of this is easily accessible from my cabin.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is so close to a lot of the surrounding cities and not hard to find, just off the highway but still a private setting. For a single women you can feel safe and comfortable staying here as I live close by but I'm not obtrusive and crime is basically non-existent. You can enjoy a quiet pleasant stay while still being able to access the Cashiers/Highlands area very easily and quickly to enjoy all of the activities the area has to offer.

If your looking for a place to stay that feels safe, is quiet and relaxing, close to everything this area has to offer, short walks to enjoy the lake and see the beautiful sunsets over the lake then you found the perfect spot.
