NOUVEAU! Alliant charme rustique et commodités modernes, cette petite maison offre une perspective innovante sur l'hébergement de vacances! Notre lieu est situé sur l'une des propriétés les plus impressionnantes de la région de Zion / Bryce! 14 acres de pommiers et de terres agricoles entourés de sommets à couper le souffle juste à côté de l'autoroute 89. Notre verger offre l'isolement et l'intimité qui est rare dans la plupart des propriétés de location de vacances, mais est toujours à 5-15 minutes des épiceries et des restaurants. Nous avons conçu cette petite maison sur mesure pour avoir un aspect rustique mais moderne avec des fonctionnalités spécifiquement ajoutées pour vous assurer que vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des séjours de plusieurs nuits. Nos clients adorent revenir se détendre chez nous après une longue journée de randonnée / visite des parcs. Asseyez-vous autour de votre propre foyer et regardez le soleil se coucher derrière les magnifiques sommets des montagnes. Assez loin des lumières de la ville pour observer les étoiles dans le ciel nocturne cristallin! Vous pouvez également vous servir de certaines des pommes les plus savoureuses que vous aurez jamais mangées de juillet à septembre sur nos arbres. Vous pourriez même voir ou entendre des troupeaux de dindes sauvages ou de cerfs mulets de l'autre côté de la rivière, juste à côté de votre véranda! Idéalement situé à seulement 25 minutes du parc national de Zion et à 55 minutes du parc national de Bryce Canyon. C'est un emplacement central parfait pour les personnes qui souhaitent visiter les parcs et autres endroits du sud de l'Utah! Si vous ne voyez pas vos dates disponibles, consultez l'une de nos 4 autres petites maisons pour la disponibilité. Vous pouvez en louer plusieurs à la fois pour les grands groupes voyageant ensemble! First of all this should not be listed as 2 bedrooms. It’s a bed and a couch. The couch has stains. Was the bedding on the list of purchasable souvenirs? No full set just sheets and a fleece blanket for the pull out. The host didn’t send checkin code and was not quick to respond. No lights on outside to find in the dark. Overall kinda gross, obviously cheap, significant water damage. AND SOMETHING DEFINITELY DIED (probably days ago) in there. Nearly puked and slept in the car. Regretted not getting a hotel because then there would have been responsive staff and a refund.

Amazing location and wonderful amenities!

My family of 3, including our 12 year old, stayed in Cabin #2 for the last week. We absolutely loved the location- close enough to visit Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Red Canyon state park, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park. Also just wuick drive to a grocery store and a yummy food truck. The cabin itself was also perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfy beds and linens, washer and dryer plus great small kitchen for coffee and a full size fridge to store beverages. It even had laundry detergent and coffee so we didn’t have to pick those up. Outside was a grill, fire pit and hose (which comes in really handy when you come home with muddy shoes). Also, Nicole was super helpful and responsive! The quality internet plus nice desk/table area allowed me to get some work done. Zero complaints! Perfect location, great amenities, clean and comfy/cozy.

Our one-night stay in this tiny home had a mix of positives and negatives. The cleanliness was commendable, and the location was truly lovely, surrounded by lush landscaping and offering beautiful mountain views. This aspect of the stay was very enjoyable and provided a relaxing atmosphere.However, there were several significant drawbacks that impacted our comfort. The water flow in the bathroom was notably weak, making showering and washing difficult. Additionally, the bathroom sink was consistently stuck with every use, which was quite inconvenient.The listing indicated sleeping arrangements for our group of three adults and one child (11 years old) would include one bed, a sofa, and two inflatable mattresses. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any inflatable mattresses upon arrival. Furthermore, the sofa was only realistically sized for one person, which meant our child had to share the single bed with the two adults. This made for a very inconvenient and uncomfortable night's sleep for us.Originally, we had planned to extend our stay for an additional two nights to further explore the area. However, due to the inadequate sleeping arrangements and the bathroom issues, we have decided to seek alternative accommodation that can at least offer three proper beds

Just what we needed!

This was a WONDERFUL 2 night stay for us! We would have stayed longer if we could have. We had the best accommodations, it was quiet and restful. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly to messages. It was a great space to feel like a little bit of home in the middle of our vacation!

The tiny house was perfect and so cozy & comfortable. Great wi-fi and internet options with the tv which was nice after long days of hiking. Slept great and overall nothing we would change.

Zion / Bryce / Kanab Trip

We had an amazing time in this area. So many great things to see and do. The Zion east gate is about 25 minutes away and the Visitor Center is closer to 50 minutes. Bryce is about 50 minutes away so if you are looking for something in the middle this is perfect. Great place for a couple. Fire pit was great for relaxing after hiking. If you dont mind a little driving this is a great place to stay.

Good but remote

We like staying here because it was between Zion and Bryce which was nice but it felt pretty remote. No good grocery store nearby which was important during COVID. Wished we would have known there was only a hotplate and not a stove/oven but that was my oversight. It was a cute little place.

Cute but needs a good cleaning

Nice property, good set up inside, but in need of a good cleaning. Rug & sofa in living area we're stained & dingy. Lots of dust throughout house. Shower door didn't want to close properly. Nice setting in an apple orchard, but close to Hwy 89 so lots of traffic noise.

House: The house is set up perfectly, the owners really made it feel like a home, and it comes with a full size hot water heater so if four people are staying you don't run out of hot water for the showers. The house came with a book explaining everything that is needed for the house like how to use the grill, fire pit, etc.. and gives great recommendations for nearby restaurants, activities, and points of interests. The house also comes with everything you need in the kitchen except a stove, but a electric skillet and the grill make meals easy. Location: The Glendale area is awesome it's quiet with towns nearby which have grocery stores and restaurants. It's location in relation to Zion and Bryce is great it's on the east side of Ion which has very little traffic when entering the park unlike the west side. And Bryce canyon is about an hour drive north, with grand staircase escelante another 30min past Bryce Canyon. Which the drive is scenic and not long at all. I highly recommend staying here for any activities in the area, you won't be disappointed with your stay at these Apple Orchard Cabins.

Very Relaxing setting

Beautiful, new home that is perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce. Secluded location adds to the relaxing setting while sitting at the firepit. The only downside is the TV. Experienced numerous issues with trying to connect to TV monitor as there is no cable or dish. Owners had to come out 2x to fix it and even then they struggled to get it to work. Not for the technology challenged individual. Owners were very responsive and apologized for the difficulties and indicated they were looking to switch out the system. Make sure you have everything you need before arriving in terms of food as the closest market is about 5 miles away and closest restaurant is 10 miles away. We would stay there again and have recommended this to friends who are considering visiting the area.

Awesome!

We had a great time and loved this place. It was basically half way between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We were able to do both parks in 2 days and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to do both parks. Everything was brand new and they even had a feature where we could look at our pictures on the TV with the Wi-fi Connection. Make sure when you are driving in from the South that you look on the left side as we had a little difficulty finding in the beginning due to it being dark and we kept looking on the right side of the road for the place. The hosts were awesome and emailed us back super quickly when we had a question about the place.
