Bright apartment on the second floor of a building located in the heart of Rio Marina. You enter a livable living room with sea view, with dining area and sofa bed 1 place, separate kitchen. First bedroom, double and always with sea view, second twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower. The ceilings with exposed beams evoke an atmosphere of great suggestion thanks also to its warm coverings in earth tones, typical of the Tuscan style.
It is not suitable for people with walking problems or elderly people with walking difficulties.
