Welcome travellers to our lovely home nestled in the heart of Mellieha where you will feel on top of the world with these beautiful views.

With two bedrooms and the capacity to accommodate six guests, our apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen comfy SOFA and a smart TV with access to two large bedrooms.

Also included is a large living area and a lovely private balcony with outdoor furniture and very strong WIFI and AC throughout.

All amenities within walking distance.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| Step into our living room, a dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, large coffee table and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal !

Sofabed in the living area can be used to accommodate another 2 extra guests (linens and towels provided accordingly)

Access to private balconies in the apartment with outdoor furniture. The real highlight of this apartment where you can enjoy stunning views of Mellieha. Whether it's breakfast or a romantic evening under the stars, this space is your private oasis.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and a hub. - The kitchen is equipped for both long and short term rentals !

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom includes a double bed while the second bedroom includes 2 single beds.

For over and above 4 guests we will open the sofa bed which could easily accommodate 2 additional guests.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, both including a shower and both being an ensuite.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

1. Public Transportation: Malta's public bus system is a convenient and cost-effective way to travel around the island. The main bus terminal in Mellieha is well-situated, allowing you to access various destinations across Malta, including Valletta, Sliema, Bugibba, and the ferry terminal to Gozo. Buses are known for their reliability and punctuality.

2. Car Rentals: For greater flexibility and the ability to explore off-the-beaten-path destinations, consider renting a car during your stay in Mellieha. Rental agencies are available in the town, and driving is on the left side of the road. Be sure to inquire about parking options at your accommodation.

3. Taxis: Taxis are readily available in Mellieha and can be a convenient way to reach specific destinations or travel comfortably with a group. It's advisable to agree on a fare with the driver before starting your journey.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
