Il s'agit d'une maison privée nichée dans le prestigieux quartier Catalina Foothills. Il s'agit d'une maison contemporaine de 2 011 pieds carrés. La maison est située dans un quartier calme propice à la marche, au vélo et à la randonnée. Il est à 7 minutes du centre commercial haut de gamme La Encatada proposant des boutiques, des restaurants gastronomiques ainsi que des événements spéciaux mettant en vedette de la musique, des dégustations de vin et des expositions d'art tout au long de l'année. Les températures diurnes estivales sont environ 4 degrés plus fraîches que celles du centre-ville en raison de notre altitude et les températures nocturnes hivernales sont au moins 5 degrés plus chaudes parce que nous sommes hors du fond de la vallée.

La maison offre une vue imprenable sur la montagne, un barbecue à gaz et une cour clôturée. Détendez-vous dans la piscine isolée et le jacuzzi. Toutes les chambres ont des lits queen. Un salon spacieux avec deux canapés et cheminée. L'un des canapés peut être converti en espace de couchage pour deux personnes supplémentaires. La maison offre de hauts plafonds et de grandes fenêtres qui attirent les flux de lumière naturelle. Sols en caravane dans les parties communes et moquette. Le patio arrière couvert est ombragé à tout moment de la journée afin que vous puissiez profiter de la vue phénoménale sur les montagnes, sans vous soucier des coups de soleil. Il y a beaucoup de coin salon / détente et salle à manger en plein air. La connexion Wi-Fi et par câble est incluse dans le loyer. Tous les draps, la cuisine et la vaisselle sont fournis. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin.

Excellent stay. The home was as described and the photos were very accurate. Owners were in touch and saw to our needs and were very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room. The pool area and hot tub was where we spent a great deal of time and enjoyed it. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and hot water. Would recommend to anyone needing a home in the Tucson area.

There was a A/C issues but theHost and Hotess were very communitive and helped to rectify the issue in a timely manner. It was my birthday and we had a great time lounging by the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Stayed here with our two adult daughters and their partners. Lovely, comfortable house and pool great for relaxing. Good places to eat nearby. We did a lot of early morning hikes and a trip up Mt Lemon all easily accessible from this area. Look forward to returning.

We didn’t really feel like the description and pictures gave an accurate account of the property. It was comfortable quiet and the hosts were very responsive. There were a few things that we think could use attention though. Lighting in the back yard and pool are was basically non existent,the drain grate in the master shower was not secure both of which are a safety issues. The sheets in both of the rooms we used were pretty worn even with holes. The garbage can in the kitchen needs replaced it is extremely aged.

Lovely home with all the Trimmings!

The home was clean and up to date with a wonderful pool, and hot tub, and a view that was unbeatable. Beds were comfortable, the TVs were smart and got all the streaming channels. Location was perfect for us, and the owners even left us where to hike and eat dinner!The best part was the responsiveness of the owners! We couldn't figure out how to work something and they directed us to the very detailed book they left for us and we could figure out the hot tub easily after that. I have never stayed in a VRBO home with more attentive owners!
