Casa Nina is a 6-bed vacation home for stays in Torre Lapillo, in a quiet area not far from the sea and the center.
The vacation home is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, TV, outdoor shower etc. Pets are allowed.

Casa
Nina is introduced by an outdoor courtyard, equipped with table and
chairs for outdoor dining. The entrance is into a hallway, from which
you enter the various rooms of the house as you go.
There are, on the right, 2 triple bedrooms of whichonewith French sofa bed + 2 single beds, and one with double bed + single.
There
is then an eat-in kitchen with a wooden canopy, from which you exit to
the back where there is an outdoor shower and laundry area.

Casa Nina is a detached vacation home, simple and essential, to spend relaxing vacations in Torre Lapillo, in a quiet area.
The house is about 700 meters from the beach. The center with all services can also be reached on foot. 
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
