Martilda Langebaan Country Estate

Welcome to Martilda Langebaan Country Estate, a charming house in the
beautiful town of Langebaan. This spacious and light-filled house
offers accommodation for up to 5 guests. The property is on a secure
gated Golf Estate. It has access to an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse,
bar and restaurant, coffee cafe at driving range, Oxigym, swimming
pool, parks with kids play gyms, bicycle pump track as well as walking
and cycling trails. Guests can also enjoy the spa, Volleyball, Netball,
Basketbball and Tennis Courts, as well as a unique Foot Golf experience
which is a combination of golf and football.

The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One being an
ensuite. General features of the property include internet access, a
lounge area with a flat-screen TV, provided linen and towels, washing
machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Guests have access to secure parking, a garden and patio with a braai
and a double garage.

As the sun rises over the horizon, guests have a variety of on-site
activities waiting for them to explore. Whether it's embarking on a
scenic cycling adventure, honing one's skills at the gym, taking a
refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, perfecting their swing
on the golf course, or enjoying a thrilling match of tennis. There is

borders, there are wine-tasting excursions and additional opportunities
for cycling and golfing escapades.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors. The estate has a strict 30 km/h speed limit, with warnings or fines for violations.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 762 Martilda Dr, Langebaan Country Estate, Langebaan, 7357

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
