The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with great-sized rooms for a very enjoyable stay.

Ideally located close to the town centre, station and parks. Warwick is a 5-minute drive, Stratford Upon Avon is 20 minutes away and Birmingham International is 25 minutes by train.

All our prices include complimentary breakfast served daily at the Victoria Park Lodge.

There is allocated car parking at the rear of the property with free parking on the street outside on Avenue Road as well.

- Nest thermostat that controls radiators for the entire property

The dining area seats 4 and is a good table to work on for the business traveller.

The bedroom consists of:
- a memory foam king-size bed
- Roll-out bed (can sleep a 3rd person, which can be set in the bedroom or living room on request)
- oak double wardrobe
- 43" Smart TV
- Travel cot provided on request

The kitchen comes fully equipped with:
Fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, pressure cooker, cafetiere, pots and pans and all the crockery and utensils needed for longer stays.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are also provided.

The bathroom is fully tiled, with a shower over bath and complimentary toiletries

There are also two fans in the property for the living room and bedroom for the hotter times in the year.
