Worth knowing: second floor with no lift, accessed via two flights of stairs. The family bathroom has a bath but no shower, and hot water comes from an air source storage tank with back-up electric heating, so it can take time to reheat after heavy use. There is no garden, and the balcony is not safe for children unless supervised. Best suited to a family of 4 or less, or a crew of 2.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours for the stay, with no shared spaces.

Self check-in by a coded lockbox at the building entrance, so there's no key handover to arrange.

2 allocated parking spaces, plus visitor bays if needed.

Access is up two flights of stairs, there is no lift.

The apartment is in Foleshill, a densely built residential area close to Coventry city centre, with a mix of terraced housing and small industrial units.

• A45 and A4114 towards the airport and south Coventry, with the A46 and A444 connecting to the ring road and motorway network

• Coventry railway station about 15 to 20 minutes by car, with services to Birmingham and London

• Birmingham Airport about 30 to 35 minutes by car

• Local bus routes run along Foleshill Road into Coventry city centre

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.



Straight after booking we send a short check-in form so we know who is staying, with card details for the damage deposit on stays of 6 nights or fewer. Access codes are sent once it is complete.



Stays of 6 nights or fewer have a £200 damage deposit. It is held on your card 3 days before check-in (or when you complete the check-in form if you book within 3 days) and released within 5 days of check-out. Stays of 7 nights or more have no deposit.



Interaction with Guests:

Support is available 9am to 7pm, with a 24/7 emergency line for anything urgent. Message through the booking platform and the team will reply there. Longer stays and returning teams are looked after, and returning bookings qualify for a 10% repeat booking discount.
