Upsides - Property is very spacious with a spectacular view, large balcony and great pool area. It is also walking distance to multiple food and drink venues. It also has a great on-site gym.Downsides - The beds were all quite uncomfortable. The mattresses and living room furniture have definitely seen better days. The overall finishes/facilities in the apartment were also quite poor for a premium priced property. They also only provide one set of keys for a 3 bedroom property which was challenging at times.

Regarding the keys, the property has a **key box available for guests’ convenience**. This allows guests to leave the key securely in the key box when going out, so other members of the group can access it when needed. Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience.

Overall a very lovely stay in Fort Cambridge Apartments. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures and is very well-sized apartment with a lovely balcony. The location is great next to all amenities needed in your stay. However, our check in experience was delayed 40m due to the cleaner not being ready at check in time which was a bit of hassle after our long travel day and the pool entry instructions were not up to date which led us to wait outside the pool until one of the Fort Cambridge staff came up to us and alerted us on how we needed the fob to enter the pool area. Apart from the few minor inconveniences the apartment was great and communication from the host could not be faulted.

Sorry about the 40-minute check-in delay — we’ll reinforce turnaround timing with our cleaning team to prevent this. Apologies also for the outdated pool-entry instructions; we’ll update the guest guide and coordinate with Fort Cambridge staff so the fob process is clear. Pleased our communication was helpful.
