Décoré partout avec l'art insulaire inégalé et la photographie idyllique, si vous recherchez la détente dans la grandeur, ne cherchez pas plus loin que ce condo.

Configuration de la literie:
Chambre: 1 grand lit

Salon: Le salon est à l'avant et au centre du paradis, vous permettant de vous détendre dans le luxe tout en profitant de la vue des palmiers se balançant dans la brise et en écoutant les vagues s'écraser sur le rivage. Regardez un film sur le grand écran plat ou détendez-vous en bonne compagnie sur les canapés moelleux. Les portes en verre véranda sont entièrement rétractables et vous rappelleront que vous êtes vraiment au paradis.

Cuisine: Cette cuisine extraordinaire a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant vos vacances. Profitez de l'état de l'art sous le réfrigérateur et le congélateur Sub-Zero avec des paramètres de contrôle de température numérique. Préparez vos repas à la perfection avec le brûleur à induction Wolf ou le four à convection à micro-ondes. Préparez votre boisson préférée avec le mélangeur Vitamix ou sortez votre boisson préférée du refroidisseur de boissons Sub-Zero. Pas besoin de descendre au rez-de-chaussée pour laver vos vêtements, la laveuse / sécheuse cachée est également dans la cuisine. Quoi que vous désiriez, cette cuisine a absolument tout, y compris une belle vue sur l'océan!

Chambre: Dormez profondément dans un lit queen-size moelleux entouré de beaux murs en séquoia récupéré. La chambre est dotée d'un éclairage de chevet et de coins de table pour brancher vos appareils électroniques. Il y a aussi un miroir pleine longueur et une belle étagère, ainsi qu'un rangement sous le tiroir pour vos effets personnels. Cette chambre est un refuge calme avec juste la bonne ambiance. La salle de bain très spacieuse à côté avec double lavabo et douche ouverte attend également.

Lanai: Les vues de la véranda sont incomparables. Sortez de votre véranda privée pour trouver une relaxation ultime ici. Vous adorerez la sensation de la véranda comme une extension du salon grâce aux portes entièrement rétractables. Observez des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle et des nuits au clair de lune. Pendant la saison des baleines (décembre - avril), profitez du frisson de l'observation des baleines à bosse!

Arrived, centrally located in Kihei, very easy walk to almost everything you need.First impression, it’s very small, decorated nicely. With two full size suitcases, there really was no room to have them open. Regardless, we spend little time in the places we stay, the location suited us greatly.The facility is clean, quiet.Air conditioning.. been nice to had directions. I have built engines, houses, restored motorcycles, cars.. the AC I could not get to turn on. Add to this the ceiling fans only would spin at the slowest speed. I was able to finally start the AC, you are reminded everywhere you stay about the cost of energy, I could not get the AC to stop, temp adjustment never changed the actual temp. We tried to be good people, doing minor repairs, reprogrammed the fans so they actually worked as intended.The sliding glass wall is always nice, we did have issues with the system and screens not keeping all the tiny black insects, larger insects out. Keeping all the doors sealed shut was not the reason my wife chose this, having the doors open and listening to the water, smelling the air was. Our room was full of bugs and everything had them: ceilings, counters, yourselves, food, pillows, everything. We had come down from another property, same wall of glass system, same manufacturer, same bugs, not a single one inside our room. Would we stay there again? It was more about the location vs the room itself.

Location!

The grounds of this property are immaculate, clean and well kept. We loved the location in central Kihei and just steps from the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing and we love how everyone flocks to the beach for sunset. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Wonderful place

We had a great time staying here. It’s very comfortable,has everything needed, and decorated beautifully! Great location right on the beach so fabulous views. We would definitely stay here again! My only regret was me not bringing a pair of binoculars bc I kept hoping to see a whale as I was hanging out on the wonderful balcony!

Excellent stay

We specifically picked this unit for its modern and updated look. We stayed here for 7 nights and it did not disappoint. It was clean and functional, and I greatly appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer. Being steps from the ocean was a huge perk as well.

Amazing spot!

Love the property. Perfect for beach access. Grocery store a stone's throw away. Very quiet and relaxing but plenty of businesses/bars/restaurants walking distance away.

Best place for first time in Maui!

This beautifully designed condo is updated and amazing! Close to shops and dining, and on the BEACH!!! We whale watched and saw turtles on the beach. Quiet community complex with friendly neighbors. Perfect for relaxing!

Great beachfront property

The condo was well appointed and updated nicely. The check-in/out process was seemless. Parking was easy and close to the unit. The views and access to the beach were even better than I thought. Sunsets were gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again!

Whale watchers delight

The unit give excellent views to watch whales on the balcony. Enjoyed the quiet and peace as we watched the sun go down over the ocean. Great unit for a couple with all conveniences of home.

Beautiful Sunsets

This condo is the perfect quiet place to stay in Kihei. Modern finishes and fully stocked. I can't say enough about the location - walking distance to many restaurants, steps from the beach, beautiful sunsets from the balcony. *The only tiny suggestion is more comfortable seating on the balcony. The sunsets are so wonderful that we wanted to sit out there for at least an hour.
