Fully remodeled in September 2021, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei 210 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

Our stay here was very relaxing. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The view was priceless and made for beautiful sunsets and the beach access was very convenient, we saw multiple turtles while on the beach and whales jumping as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful condo in Kihei over Christmas 2025. Everything about our stay was perfect. The location could not be better, the unit is fresh, clean and beautifully done, and the host is very responsive and clearly wants the very best for his guests.

We loved our stay! The view from the condo is stunning and you can’t beat the ocean access. We were looking for a quiet vacation for a few days to just relax on the beach. This was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet mornings on the deck with coffee, reading on the beach during the day and sunsets from our deck with wine in the evening. Our host was very communicative and we appreciated the easy check in process.

Joes condo was perfect in every way. On a quiet beach with beautiful sand and sunsets! The condo had everything we wanted and was in the middle of everything we wanted to do on the island. The kitchen and everything he supplies while we were here is perfect. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear and umbrella was provided to make our stay the best on the island. We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Kihei! The location couldn’t be better, steps from the sand, gorgeous sunsets every evening, and close to great restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had a comfortable, relaxed vibe. Perfect spot for a Maui getaway—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the ocean that made every morning special. The condo was comfortable and overall very enjoyable. Only a small note: we noticed some tiny ants in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from the experience. Would happily stay here again!

Walkable to many restaurants and right on the water with beautiful views! The best part was the sea turtles basking on the beach right outside the condo!

We had a fabulous 10 days- a very quiet and relaxing property! Picture were excellent for the description. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor rather than in the unit and that was not clear in the description although it worked out fine for us. Might should consider updated cushions for the balcony chairs as they are worn and not comfortable or perhaps more of a lounge chair would be better. Overall a great property and we will be back!

Location is perfect with beautiful views and the beach right out your door. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable unit, nicely updated. The air conditioner was very nice to have at night. Great to have beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Would definitely stay again.

Overall lovely place

We had a lovely stay and the listing was as advertised. We would definitely consider booking again. The only thing we would have appreciated knowing about ahead of time is the on going renovations during the day next door so that we could plan accordingly.
