Prime location in the city's business center - GRAND RIVERSIDE is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, next to the Financial District and is known as "Vietnam's Wall Street". located in District 4 GRAND RIVERSIDE, just walking distance Cross a short bridge to reach District 1. Therefore, you can reach your workplace and many famous places in the city center such as Nguyen Hue Street, where there is a spacious walking area in the middle of District 1. At the other end of the promenade, you find the Saigon River, where you can enjoy beautiful views with a gentle breeze. Walking from one end of the street to the other takes about ten minutes and you will find some nice bars and restaurants along the way. From Nguyen Hue street, you can easily reach other tourist attractions, you will find Saigon Opera House and Dong Khoi shopping street just 100 meters away. Besides, Notre Dame Cathedral and Independence Palace are just a 5-minute walk away. ★ You can reach my apartment in about 25 - 35 minutes by Taxi, Grab Service or Private car from the airport. If you want to book a private car to pick you up by the welcome sign at the airport. The fee for this transportation service is $35/way (pick up or drop off). Please help me provide complete flight information at least 3 days before arrival.
★ Please take your busy time to read the house rules because they are important to us.
