Thereâs a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, heated towel rail and WC. Thereâs a kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. Thereâs an external utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Thereâs a dining room and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Outside thereâs a conservatory, private driveway parking for three cars and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
