Whenever we come to Menorca we want a sea that is unique: at Villa de l'aire the Mediterranean is essentially your homeâs entrance hall. Enjoy with all the family these sights, a garden and a swimming pool that will live in your heart forever.
3 bedroom private villa. Sleeps 6. Large terraced area for kids to play, built in BBQ, terrace area by pool with garden furniture, driveway and gated entrance. Close to the beach and amenities of Punta Prima. 30km to nearest golf course. Local amenities are a 10 min walk away and the town of Mahon is a 20 min drive away, there is a regular bus service.
Downstairs: living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bath, cover terrace with fantastic views and garage.
Upstairs: bathroom, double bedroom and main bedroom with terrace.
The price includes:
Changeover clean at the beginning and end of your stay.
Bath and shower towels
Bed linen
A cot and highchair (if requested)
VAT
City tax is not included in the rate. An extra âŹ2.20 per person per night not applicable to children under 16 years old will be applied. This tax must be paid by the guests upon arrival. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
