Villa Menorca la mieux notée, pour 9 personnes, piscine privée, à 10 minutes à pied de la mer et du village

Notre magnifique villa classée est située dans un endroit privé du village, mais elle reste très proche de toutes les commodités de la belle Binibeca. Rénové en Janvier 2013, la villa est en excellent état décoratif et dispose d'excellentes installations, il a maintenant WiFi. Avec une piscine privée, une belle cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon - c'est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances. Il y a une clôture de piscine qui peut être mis en place à votre demande pour un frais de 50 euros - parfait pour la sécurité des enfants. Il y a une fantastique terrasse extérieure couverte avec un barbecue pour se divertir, et la superbe chambre principale en suite dispose de poutres apparentes au plafond voûté, d'un coin salon et de portes-fenêtres donnant sur le patio. Il s'adapte très bien pour les pauses familiales, ainsi que des pauses plus calmes pour les petites parties. Il est seulement une demi-heure de route de l'aéroport (mais il n'y a pas de bruit de la circulation aérienne) - ce qui en fait une pause rapide, facile et accessible à l'île de Minorque. Chaises hautes et lits bébé peuvent être loués. Vous pouvez en réserver autant que vous le souhaitez - mais les frais sont payables localement, voir ci-dessous.

Great holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday — great pool, lovely villa, and ideal location. Lovely plunge pools nearby and a good range of walkable restaurants. We also loved the beach bar and hope to come back!

A wonderful menorcan house! We have returned after spending 2 weeks in this fabulous house in a beautiful part of Menorca. Difficult to say what we enjoyed the most about it as the whole package- location, pool, beds, kitchen, roof terrace, outdoor cooking area, bathrooms- ideal for our needs. Would highly recommend and would return at the drop of a hat.

Perfect holiday villa

We really enjoyed our stay the villa is in a great location within a few minutes walk of the beach and restaurants.The pool area is really nice with plenty of shade if needed with a good area for all fresco dining.The owner Lucie was really helpful answering any questions we had immediately.The villa is spacious inside all in all we had a great time.

30th anniversary celebration with family

The Villa was fabulous, spacious, clean and close to shops and restaurants. In a quiet street. Pool was lovely. Thanks to Leigh for the recommendation of the tapas at the fish market in Mahon. Mahon only a bus ride away . Had our anniversary dinner in Bambu… fabulous sunset

Fabulous villa in an excellent location

We have just arrived home from a fabulous two week holiday. The villa had everything we needed and plenty of room and privacy for two families. We have stayed in Binibeca several times, and for us this villa was located perfectly for easy walks to the beach, restaurants and the rocks. Thank you for sharing your villa with us, we would love to return one day!

Family holiday

Lovely villa in a great location. Ideal for young family. We managed easily without a car. The local supermarkets had everything we needed. Bars, restaurants and beach all an easy walk away. Pool with optional pool fence was perfect for toddlers and adults.

Very nice, well maintained villa with good location for relaxing holiday.

Super location with all amenities and great beach all within walking distance. The villa was clean and spacious for our party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was fantastic, very clean and the best I have experienced from villa holidays. Local shops have all you need for self catering if eating in. We had a great holiday here and would recommend this villa to everyone seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday in the Menorcan sunshine.

So good we came back again

Love this villa, we stayed a few years back and really enjoyed ourselves. Came back this time with almost a full house of family. There is loads of room, great facilities and superb location in Binibeca. Lucie has always been really helpful when I've asked questions. We'll be back again.

Just lovely

Wonderful property. Great for kids. Managed extremely well. Beautiful and spacious house. Pool is excellent. We had the most gorgeous time. Shops nearby, binibeca beach within walking distance, same for restaurants (and ice cream parlour with bouncy castle!!!!!).

We had a lovely stay in the property. Lucie was very accommodating regarding our check-in time which was very helpful as our flight was early in the day. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was lovely and clean. We thought the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos which was great and we spent quite a few afternoons by the pool. Also having pool toys in the garage to use was a bonus and our 19 and 21 year olds made use of the lilos and water guns! The location was ideal and only a short walk to the beach. For restaurants we mixed it up with those in Binnebeca and those in Cala Torret as both were easy to walk to. Also the bus stop to Mahon was at the end of the road and the supermarket a very short walk. Thank you, it was a lovely stay.

Lovely villa

My title is not original but does accurately describe the property. Easy to find on arrival. Located close to small supermarket and a couple of bars. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. In my experience you will have to go a long way to better this property. Outside was well furnished as well and a great barbecue for your use. If I were to visit Menorca again I would have to stay here.

We had a wonderful time in the villa. We had been to the house before years ago. And we have travelled to Menorca abt. 5 times before this May. The Villa was and is the nicest house we have ever rent on Menorca. It is very well equipped (you find everything you need, has a wonderful pool and garden with sunny places as well as shady spots. And it has a roof terrace with sea-view. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes from the house where we found all we needed. You also find a restaurant and ice-cream shop there and of course there is Binibeca itself with some nice restaurants and bars (also a rooftop bar with 3 different terraces ("Bambu"). The nice beach is within walking distance as well. We can fully recommend the house and would really like to come back soon.

Wonderful family holiday

Just had a great week at the villa with our family which included 3 children under 4. There is plenty of room in the villa and the kitchen is very well equipped and the BBQ was put to good use. The pool is really lovely and the fence made for a stress free week with our little ones running around. We had a problem with the aircon in one of the bedrooms which was sorted quickly, so thank you. The location is great, so peaceful and within easy walk to restaurants and a lovely beach. We enjoyed a day at Platja des Grau with shallow water perfect for the children. All in all we had a wonderful week and could have stayed longer. Hope to return one day. Thank you Lucie.

Lovely pool area

This is a great family villa with a lovely area outside by the pool. The villa is in a quiet secluded cul de sac and is very private. The villa is comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. No air con in the living areas but ceiling fans this was not a problem though. Air con in all the bedrooms. I would recommend Wi-Fi be installed though as this has come to be expected and is really useful when trying to find out about the area. Binibeca itself is a pleasant small resort, the beach is quite small and got very busy when we were there in August,

Perfect for us!

Accurate to description Amazing to have pool fence - we had 2 crawling babies and two 4 year olds and was such a relief not to have to keep eyes on them around the pool. Garage amazingly equipped with beach umbrellas, inflatables for the pool, table tennis - brilliant! Kitchen really well stocked all things needed for cooking and eating. Brilliant to have plastic crockery too for children and picnics to the beach. Space was brilliant, the bathrooms were so big we actually put the babies cots in them so they slept in the bathrooms, the shutters on the outside when closed made it pitch black…the babies have never slept so well. Location excellent shops and bars at the bottom of the road. Nice that they are on their own private inlet, meant children wouldn’t run straight into the road from the drive. Two fridges - great for large families BBQ was used often and great. Everything was brilliant would definitely book again. Enjoy!

Great Villa

I rented this for a family Birthday celebration. Our family is made up of 6 Adults and two children, one a toddler. Paid extra for a pool fence which was perfect and just helped everyone relax. The Villa is well proportioned and well stocked. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was sorted out effortlessly and quickly. We didn’t check the garage for pool toys (our fault) but full of toys. The Villa is walking distance to a supermarket and to two local bars and restaurants and a walk 10-15 minute walk in either direction on the sea front will bring a raft of other restaurants. Binibequer is a beautiful place. A perfect backdrop to our weeks holiday.

Incredible villa

We had an amazing stay in Binibeca, Lucie's villa really is a great find. The layout and rooms are excellent and the master bedroom and ensuite is magnificent. There were only two of us staying for the week, but you could tell that even at capacity there was plenty of room to have your own space. We used the BBQ every night, the pool every day and loved sunsets on the roof terrace. The villa has everything you need and the property manager called round one day to make sure everything was good. There are some great recommendations of places to go, to eat and to drink. The villa has an ideal location, close to the beach and sea, shops and restaurants if you want the hustle and bustle. Although it is surrounded by other villas, the layout and lovely mature garden mean you are never looked over or feel on top of other people. It feels like you are really secluded, which is great when you want peace and quiet. Love Menorca and love this villa. The perfect rental. Will be coming back time and again.
