Last minute cancellation

My host canceled within 24 hours of my check-in and this was a gathering of 12 for my daughter’s Sweet 16. This was a major disappointment to my child, the family and her guest

The house was exactly what I thought it would be!

The only reason I give it 3 out of 5 is because the pool was very dirty, there were so many leaves I had to clean them out and there were so many more I couldn't get to. If you want to just stay in the house it's magnificent!

MY FAMILY AND I TRAVEL 10 HOURS FROM FLORIDA TO SEE MY GRANDKIDS IN GRAYSON, GA. ONLY TO RECEIVE AN E-MAIL FROM THE HOST 1 HOUR BEFORE CHECK TO SEE RESERVATION CANCELED DUE TO UNFORESEEN. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN 10-15 DAYS. THIS WAS A VERY DEVASTATING, FRUSTRATING, DEPRESSING, OVER WHELIMING VACATION EVERY. STILL WAITING FOR THE INVESTIGATION TO BE COMPLETED. NEVER AGAIN

Dilapadated dirty home

We arrived to 15 bags of trash at street (a friday - trash day wednesday), garage windows painted over, pool filthy, rodent infested - large outside entry (we have photos) of where they are entering home, beds all slanted in middle, trash over yard. We didn't even unpack. It was my mom's funeral weekend and we had to leave and rent a hotel. This is by NO MEANS a MANSION. Couldn't reach property mgr. Finally said we will come tomorrow. No call. I sent damaging photos of this property and they just asked for more. Thank goodness for American Express. They appreciated the photos and saw we had to get a hotel. Added to my already stress of my mom's funeral.

nice house, but needs upkeep

There were several issues with the house 1. We were locked out of the master suite the first night that we arrived and had to spend the night on the couch because the spare bedroom mattress would not stay on the bedrails and would crash to the floor with the slightest movement. It was the next night (24 hours) before a locksmith was finally sent to unlock the door. We emailed the property manager regarding a partial refund since we couldn't use the master suite but have received no reply. 2. The sink smelled of rotten food and wouldn't drain because the garbage disposal wasn't working. I checked the breaker and it was popped. I reset it and the disposal worked. Possible electrical issue with it. 3. The downstairs shower drains poorly. By the time you are finished with your shower ,you are standing in 3 inches of water. 4.We wanted to use the grill one night , but unfortunately found the propane tank empty.

Summer Family Vacation

My family and some close friends rented this home for a much needed family vacation. The home was beautiful and super spacious. We loved the patio and pool area and spent most of our time there. At night it gets really dark so I’d recommend either bringing outdoor lighting or being prepared to purchase lighting at a local store there as we did. There were also a lot of palmetto bugs running around the outside deck area so keep your feet and bags off of the floor out there if you don’t like creepy crawlers. But other than that it was a great stay! The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Owner was extremely nice and helpful.

Stay Away From This Property

I never received check in information so we were left stranded outside for the first hour of our day. House was spacious for a large group, Neighborhood was quiet. The cons House was not clean to my standards. Pool was filthy and we could not get in. Host attitude is terrible. Host communication is terrible. We had to go buy tissue after the first night. Host will threaten to file false complaints against guest who complain. This host messaged me that I trashed and threw a party at the property before we even checked out. Unfortunately for her I was still on the property and able to get pictures to dispute her lies and now plan on taking her to court. I advise guest to stay away from renting this property!

Beautiful home

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and responsive. The house was clean and everything worked fine. Would recommend.

House was nice pool was nice. Stove was a little cracked when I arrived, but was replaced once the stove completely cracked. One of the rooms has a leak. No lights by the pool, your not able to swim at night. Not happy with an extra fee charge for garbage if the garbage doesn’t fit in the one bin provided. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

The property was very nice for my kids. They truly enjoyed the pool. The home is as very spacious so everyone could be in their own area. It would have been nice to have more pool towels available but we went to the store to purchase more.

Not good

When we arrived there were fruit rollup wrappers on the floor. There was a roach on our kitchen counter which I did notify the property manager about and she completely ignored it. The Wi-Fi was not working which I also notified her about she said she would send someone out but never did. I never heard back from her again about any of the issues.No TV in the house worked the family room TV did nothing but static. There were a lot of bugs because the house is near a lot of trees. A frog even jumped in the pool and landed on my sister. Overall it was a decent stay the upkeep on the house could have been a little bit better for the price I paid

Expensive unkept property

My sister’s and I wanted to get away for the wfor a quiet relaxing weekend. We planned to cook dinner together, However it didn’t happen due to the stove oven not working. I called the property manager to notify him. He asked in an insulting type of way. “Did u turn it on?” As if I was a complete idiot and didn’t press the power button. Then he suggested I flip the breaker switch and call him back. After that didn’t work, I call him and he didn’t answer the phone then he sent a text saying he was boarding a plane. Long story short, We was not able to cook and our groceries were waste because we all lived out of town. Because of this We had to spend more money to order food. We were also limited to certain rooms due to the infestation of spiders đŸ•·đŸ•žand webs everywhere. I texted the property manager about it and all he said was do u want me to send someone out to handle it. I simply replied it should’ve been handled before I arrived the previous day. I will never stay there again!!!!😡😡

Perfect for our vacation

The home is beautiful, and the elegance of the themed rooms only enhance its design.Master suite is amazing! Pool was clean, and the communications for little things that came up was great with Sara. Had a very relaxing time. Thanks Again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

The house was just as described. Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed our nightly bike rides and walks. Spent most of our time in the pool and on the back porch grilling. Not too far from Alanta where we went to the aquarium and world of Coca-Cola or Covington where we found a lot of little shops and a farmers market. Would definitely recommend, Sara was easy to get ahold of when we had questions and very polite.

Bday getaway

Nice house but couldn't enjoy much of amenities. Pool light was broken so wasn't able to swim at night. Pool had ants surrounding the sides of pool so couldn't get to close with out ants crawling all over you. Oven wasn't working and they said that it may have been installed wrong, so wasn't able to use that. TV in sitting area had a code on it and wasn't able to access the TV full capabilities. Wifi network was off for a day so wasn't able to use that till day 2. What I can say is the house was clean, and the property manager will respond back but but once you ask something that i feel she has no control over..you wont hear back for awhile, sometimes the next day. Also brick walkway was not leveled and flat on the way to pool, and my foot got caught in between 2 bricks and cut my foot open and there was no first aid kid on premise. They said they dont have to have one..so I suggest bringing one incase you may need. House is nice but those things that were mentioned above are important in a person's stay and other than that my stay wouldve been great!

Perfect Getaway!

Plenty of space, many bedrooms, and bathrooms, and the pool was an added bonus. Didn't take us long to get to Perimeter and downtown area. Very nice neighborhood!
