Spacious house

Overall this spacious House served the purpose we intended it for. Huge master bedroom beautiful backyard, and had the basic things you could use for a short or long stay. Thank you!

Great Experience

This trip was made so much easier thanks to Julie! The process was great of dealing with all my questions and the checkin process was great! The home is very nice and she was very accommodating for us and our kids as they had a football tournament in town and saved us from being stuck in a hotel with a few 12 years old boys lol!!!! Great place!

Great very large house

We were 4 ‘Grandads on Tour’ from UK to play golf in Georgia and Alabama. The house was spacious and in a great area close to Covington and other centres. Julie is a great host and communicates well. The bedrooms were spacious and well fitted the kitchen and communal rooms are large and very well appointed. The property is great for groups as each area offers privacy if required. Absolutely recccomend this property.

Beautiful Home in a nice quiet neighborhood

Everything 5 star. Thanks for having us. Loved the location for my wife and daughters and their friends who are big Vampire Diaries fans. Lots of filming sites in Covington to see, not just for Vampire Diaries but many more shows as well. Side trips to Atlanta are easy and close by. Catch a Braves game, see The World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium, Stone Mountain, and many more. Loved it, thanks again!!

Perfect home BUT...

The home was perfect for what we needed. Large rooms and the many bathrooms were a plus. We were expecting a much cleaner home from the reviews. We were disappointed in that. We would stay again with hopes of cleaner floors, baseboards,vents on the ceiling, under couch cushions, are some of the things that could have been much improved.

Good location and nice house and neighborhood. Few small items that are weird--no tables in living room, coffee maker did not work, no tables in main bedroom or dressers. Also never could figure out a/c upstairs. Over all good but needs a few touches

Beautiful home away from the busy city

The photos online do not do justice of this beautiful home. The house is very spacious. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. One thing that was disappointing, all bedrooms did not have TVs. I was told by the owner TVs were in the bedrooms. Lastly while looking for baking pans or dishes (which I only found one), old food crumbs were in the bottom draw of the oven. Over all the house was clean. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. This was a great place to stay if you want to be away from the city.

Hi Tiffany, thank you for your review. You are a great guest. We are very transparent about the amount of television in our home. If you look at the description of the rooms, it clearly states where the 3 TVs are. Please look back at our conversation in the inbox, I never mentioned the amount of television in the house. We try very hard to make this home super clean and comfortable for our guests. I informed house keeping about the crumbs you mentioned in the oven drawer, my apologies. We do have lots of dishes but we will add more baking pans. We are always working and beautifying the home more and making new updates. We will add more televisions hopefully in the near future. Thank you.

We arrived for Vampire Diaries/Originals sightseeing, so the location was pretty good. The house was big enough to accommodate us, but it wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. The floors were dirty, the table and counters weren’t clean, the kitchen was barely stocked-had a drip coffee maker, one teaspoon in the drawer, (the list goes on). Our stay was during July. It’s HOT in GA then and the house was 77 degrees and it took some time to cool before we could sleep. I bought a plug-in scent for the dining area to cover the smell of body odor. Ice dispenser didn’t work; checked it and found what looks to be a bag stuffed inside some frozen mess. My bed was on the main floor and was a platform bed-hard and uncomfortable. I’m over 60 and didn’t want to be climbing stairs. To sum it up, we ate out, and spent only sleeping hours there. I can’t say that I recommend this house even though the owners are responsive and very nice.
This was from the entry hall and living room. I’d already swept up more then this from the kitchen/dining area.

Atlanta Wedding

Wonderful 2 nights after our son’s wedding. Wish we had spent the entire 5 nights here. Spacious home, bed for everyone! Even a bassinet for our new granddaughter! Grandson loved the trampoline! Owners came over immediately when we called about upstairs air temp. My only suggestion would be some coffee packets to go with the filters & cream...for my husband. I’m not a coffee drinker, so didn’t think to bring it after staying at Holiday Inn for 3 nights. Would highly recommend, as well as the Georgia Aquarium!

Nice place

The house was very spacious and convenient to Conyers where we needed to be.Plenty of bathrooms & space for our family of 5 plus my parents.We stay in lots of VRBO’s & other vacation rentals & I also have several of my own & have been hosting for years. Check in was easy,upon entering we were greeted with floors that had been mopped w/some type of oil, I slipped & my father actually went down, followed by my 4 year old, husband & teenage daughter.It was the slickest floor I have ever encountered.I mentioned it to the host. The only solution to this problem was to mop all of the floors,only there were no cleaning supplies left or available for use, there was also no toilet paper which the listing indicated we would have at least a starter. We then began making a list for the store,& noticed there was a coffee maker but no pot we searched everywhere & nothing. When I made the host aware & asked did we simply miss it somewhere, they said it had been broken by a previous guest, & offered a new pot but were unable to bring it until the next night, we are a coffee family we drink coffee in the morning.I said never mind we would take care of it. After purchasing a mop, cleaning supplies, a coffee pot & having to remop the floor 4 times to get the oil off, I was honestly disappointed at the start of our long weekend. Towel placement was weird all towels were in one closet upstairs, & not enough.Comfortable beds & a lot of space were the pluses.

Everything as advertised and more!

We had a guys golf vacation planned around The Masters and wanted a place nearer Atlanta vs Augusta. I found Julie’s house and it was perfect for our needs. It’s a large house with each of us having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Good sized kitchen and living room with a more than functional office space since we’re irrationally committed to working while on vacations. Julie is spectacular in how she communicates and responded to every question I had leading up to our stay. Nice sitting area outside, comfortable beds, washer and dryer and plenty of linens. Home is close to restaurants and plenty of nice golf courses nearby. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Atlanta in future.
