Conçus par l'architecte basé à Honolulu, Warren Sunnland, les villas Fairway à Hualalai sont situées à une courte distance de la Hualalai Trading Company et du spectaculaire Four Seasons Resort Hotel. Les clients apprécieront l'accès rapide à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la villa depuis pratiquement n'importe où sur le complexe, y compris la plage donnant sur le complexe et la piscine communautaire de Waiulu, juste en face de l'allée. La configuration de literie confortable comprend un lit king-size et un lit king dans la chambre, deux salles de bain complètes et une cuisine spacieuse, un salon et une salle à manger. La grande véranda entièrement couverte est également idéale pour les repas en terrasse ou pour se détendre tout au long de la journée et de la soirée.

The property manager, Brendan, is very responsive should you need anything. I can't recommend this unit highly enough! My only comment would be the pillows were lumpy. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can’t wait to come back. We booked this place again! The condo was so comfortable and updated with all the amenities. I loved the kitchen and making Kona coffee in the morning . We enjoyed both golf carts to use on the property but felt close enough that we could also walk to the hotel. Although the kitchen well stocked we enjoyed eating in all the restaurants on the four seasons property . We could see the sunrise from the master bedroom which was a treat! And the sunset from the deck. Communication with the property manager was easy with prompt replies to my questions. I love Hualalai!

The property was well equipped (although I would recommend adding shears and a 10-12 inch non-stick pan to the kitchen supplies), clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, indoor and outdoor dining and two golf carts. My husband and I and our daughters loved the Four Seasons resort amenities, great service and wonderful meals. Overall , it was a vacation we would highly recommend to others.

Our contact at Private Homes, Mark, was super responsive and fixed the little issues that came up immediately. Staying at the Four Seasons with all its amenities is great fun. I will add the service at the Four Seasons isn't what it used to be. (Meals can be incredibly slow, it's hard to schedule activities, etc), but I am hoping it's just the pandemic.

Perfect stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing! We had a distant view of the ocean shoreline and palm trees. Even though it was on a golf course, it felt more like a tropical oasis. The Lana’i was perfect for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot and appliance you could imagine. When the coffee maker wasn’t working, the rental company had a new one to us within hours. The decor and space are beautiful. The location is great-short golf cart ride to two beaches, including the 4 seasons beach. Well located between Waimea and Kona, with Waikoloa resorts and shops fairly close by. The 4 seasons shop had essentials like eggs and milk. One of the nicest places we have stayed! We did not pay the four seasons resort fee and were still able to enjoy the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood pool across the street is beautiful and there was rarely anyone there so we did not miss being able to use the resort pools.
