Fully renovated in 2022, Dolphins offers easy, relaxed, warm cosy living with all the mod cons. The living space is bright and airy, plenty of room for all the family to relax, including your canine companions.

The property has modern gas central heating coordinated by an easy to use Nest thermostat. The bathroom is also underfloor heated for your comfort. There is a private garden which catches the afternoon sunshine and is secure for our canine friends to wander around.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.

Please note that while the property is single storey, there are steps outside to gain access to the front door.

There is a sloped driveway that accommodates one car, and plenty of free on-street parking along the quiet cul-de-sac. There is also an EV charger for your use.

When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
