ROMA PRATI VATICANO .. Apartment near Vatican

The classic Roman style apartment consists of an entrance, a large and bright living room with a French sofa bed, 2 comfortable armchairs and a dining area with table and chairs, a small terrace with table and chairs, two double bedrooms with air conditioning system, two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, on the second floor of a building with lift and doorman.

We accept reservations from guests with verified identities.

Upon their arrival in the apartment, all guests will be asked to show their identity documents which must be registered within 24 hours with the police authorities according to Italian law.

…garbage bins are located in the kitchen. We usually separate the organic from the paper, glass, and plastics and metals that go together. Outside the building, a few meters from the door, there are rubbish bins where you can throw your waste when you leave the apartment.

We do not charge cleaning costs but please return the apartment clean

....Toilets: please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. There's a bin for everything else.

The Prati neighborhood is a very dynamic neighborhood but not too crowded like the nearby center of Rome.
the neighborhood is served by bars, quality restaurants, food shops, clothing and services. Very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square and the historic center of Rome. The apartment is close to the Giulio Cesare Metro station (12 minutes on foot) with which you can reach Piazza di Spagna in 8 minutes.

From the apartment you can reach (on foot in 25 minutes or by taxi in 5 minutes) the Belvedere dello Zodiaco, one of the highest points in Rome, on the top of MONTE Mario, from where you can admire the most beautiful panorama of the city of Rome and take photos beautiful photos from above.

1) Vanni Via Montezebio: cappuccinos, coffee and fantastic desserts, not frozen but artisanal, as well as sandwiches, pizzas, sandwiches and much more, all very good. After 8.30 in the evening half price for sandwiches, pizzas, suppli, sandwiches and desserts.

2) Sabotino, Via Sabotino19 /29: good breakfast and desserts

3) in front of the building there is a shop that makes fantastic artisanal ice creams...
