The stay was great! Monica and Fabrizio make the check-in steps super detailed and clear, making it such a smooth check-in. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. It's also within walking distance from the Buenos Aires bus stops, which was super helpful when getting to the historic center. We also found a few corner stores and several restaurants within a block or two. Overall, a great experience! Thank you.

The place is amazing—not a house, but a charming apartment in a historic building full of character. It was clean, cozy, and having two full bathrooms was a huge plus, which is quite rare. The host was very attentive and responsive to our needs, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we could have asked for. If we ever have the chance to return to Rome, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The place was very clean when we got there and I liked that it was close to the spots we were visiting. Having a list of all the nearby restaurants was also very helpful. The staff/host were also very kind to us. The only downside I of this place would say is that it was slightly cold especially during the night time and morning but even then it was not that bad. It was a wonderful experience.

Great communication with host. Iron was not working and host replaced it by the next day. Place is smaller than I expected from the photos, perhaps a misconception on my part. Clear cut instructions for check in and check out. Fabrizio went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Amazing holiday

We were lucky enough to stay at this home for 8 nights it was perfect, so much coach, stayed cool in the crazy heat wave, and so easy to get around from! We will definitely be back for any trips to Rome!

Excellent place in Rome

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were extremely accommodating and the communication was great. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We rarely encountered other tourists but it was easy to get to the sites on the bus. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very nice with a good layout for up to two couples. We were under the impression that it would have three bedrooms and since we are not two couples but four people we found the pull out sofa a bit awkward.

Very nice and clean place. In a perfect neighborhood. Clean and safe. Febrizio is great! The chopstix restaurant right around the corner is amazing! I highly recommend this place as a vrbo.

Perfect resting spot to visit Roma

Perfect spot for a stay in Rome for a family, 2 rooms sofabed of 4 with all ammenities. Quiet apartment about 10-15 mins from metro station and access to bus, taxis, etc. Fabrizio and Flavia took care of us and it was exactly what we required. Great hosts as well. We had a great walk to Trevi Fontana (about 2.5 to 3 kms) from the apartment and was worth it!Many thanks, Fabrizio.

Great stay in Rome

My friends and I had a great stay here at Fabrizio and Monica’s apartment! It was easy to check in and find. Fabrizio was accommodating and showed us how to get into the apartment complex. He was always very responsive to our questions and helped us have an amazing stay! The location was a bit far from the city centre but the neighborhood was nice an quiet and safe.

Family Stay

My family and I had a long stay here and it was great. We loved the neighborhood, it felt like it was out of the city center busyness. Yet still within a few miles to everything. The host prepared so well for us, they were one of the only rentals that had baby items. Finally, the host’s communication was the best we have ever experienced! Would definitely recommend to others.

ABSOLUTELY quaint apartment with beautiful origional stone ceilings an walls decorated perfectly, great amenities easy to use easy to get to good resturants, small grocery around corner easy pickup for ubervan taxies. Easy bus use lfrom corner to Termi Rome. Highly recommended.

A lovely place

A lovely place not very far from Rome center, with lots of surrounding bus stops for all those lazy people (including me) who likes to get a bus rather than walk. Fabrizzio is a wonderful host that tries his best to satisfy all.. The apartment is not very large but well planned, and having all the facilities for comfort. The kitchen is a little bit small but the rest is ok
