Fabulous villa in perfect surroundings!

Little, if anything, to dislike. The service provided by Owl Bookings was friendly, helpful and supportive. The only issue was the narrow road access and difficult in identifying location to taxi drivers which causes some difficulties if no self drive car hire. Also make clearer the walking distance to the main square. Otherwise, nothing!

Beautiful Stay

Ample outdoor seating for lounging and eating, great for a big family. The pool is serene and perfect for relaxing. Walk to town is easy, allowing access restaurants and bars while being out of the main down. Many close by grocery stores which was helpful. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Kitchen still had no cutting/chopping board despite multiple reviews indicating one was missing. TV could not access Netflix, etc.

Fabulous Villa

Large Spacious Villa on outskirts of Pollenca , takes at least 20 mins to walk to the main square but a lovely walk. Villa has everything you need and was spotless. Owl booking as usual are very good and would always us them if we can . No chopping board Area around pool has only one shade umbrella, this is a villa for 8 people so it definitely needs more .

Great villa for a month long stay

Was a perfect spot that was quiet, well maintained and clean. The Owl Booking team were helpful 24/7. Negs. BBQ wasn’t great, more modern TV when trying to keep kids entertained on wet days. Pool had issues with filtering on the last week.

Spacious and peaceful villa on the outskirts of Pollensa

This is a lovely spacious villa set in a peaceful environment (apart from the usual barking dogs!). There are a number of sitting out areas and a good sized pool (although there only seems to be one umbrella for shade). The walk into the centre of Pollensa is at least 15 minutes at a decent pace, but it's an easy one. The AC in the bedrooms wasn't very effective. We realised that the remote controls needed charging, but there were no instructions given in this regard. The bed frame of the double bed in the upstairs bedroom was very squeaky and made a noise at every move, which didn't make for a restful .

Wonderful villa

We loved the location of this beautiful villa, the outdoor terrace and pool area was perfect for our family needs and it was great to be able to walk into the town of Pollensa Maybe air conditioning in the downstairs part of the villa as sometimes to avoid the mosquitoes we would have liked to sit at the dining table indoors but it was very hot and sticky. We also couldn't find a chopping board and there wasn't any spray for wiping down the kitchen worktops.

Urlaubsgenuss Pur, Finca Rostoya , 5 Sterne , besser geht es kaum, Rundumsorglospaket

Es hat uns ALLES sehr gut gefallen, Eine perfekte und wunderschöne Finca, Super Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet, großer Pool, Alles sauber und Alles funktionierte, super Service und Kommunikation mit OWL Booking, 5 Sterne von 5 . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, Ines , Frank & Family Nichts , außer eine Duschstange bei der Badewanne :-)
