Elms Way is a beautifully renovated property within a stones throw of West Wittering. The house itself is filled with thoughtful touches making it feel comfortable and stylish.

Entering the home there is a long hallway with a office space, to the end of the hallway you enter the sitting, dining and kitchen area. The sitting room is filled with large comfortable sofas so guests can relax in the evening and watch their favourite programmes on the large smart TV or just Bluetooth to the Bose soundbar and enjoy your favourite tunes while playing one of the many board games provided with the log burner roaring. The dining area and kitchen over look the rear garden with breakfast bar and dining table for you to enjoy what you have whipped up in the kitchen or for a real treat try one of the takeaways in the village.

The kitchen itself is well equipped to comfortably self cater for your stay with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. Through to the utility there is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. For those travelling as a family the hosts have provided a travel cot and a booster seat.

Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor - the master suite has a super king bed and an en suite shower room. There is a further king size room and a double. Off the main ground floor hallway there is also a WC and a separate shower room.

On the first floor you will find a king size room with an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath.

The private rear garden has been thoughtfully finished with an outside seating area and loungers. The host has also provided for guests use, a gas barbecue, a wood smoker and a Paella burner so you can enjoy indulging your culinary skills! At the front of Elms Way there is plenty of parking on the drive and host offers free use of an EV charger.

The hosts at Elms Way have gone to enormous trouble to make the property comfortable and well equipped for guests to have a memorable stay.
