Ci scusiamo sinceramente per gli standard di pulizia non all'altezza e per il disagio causato dai tempi di ripristino dell'illuminazione; la richiesta di foto è una procedura standard per permettere ai nostri tecnici di intervenire con l'attrezzatura corretta, ma comprendiamo la frustrazione per l'attesa. In merito all'aria condizionata, le normative locali e condominiali in Italia spesso limitano l'accensione degli impianti centralizzati a periodi specifici dell'anno, ma faremo in modo di rendere questa informazione ancora più chiara.
