Mots-clés: Excellent appartement de 80 m². entièrement rénové et situé dans un bâtiment historique de 1600 également restauré. La maison est sur deux étages et comprend un salon avec TV satellite et WiFi, deux chambres spacieuses, une grande salle de bain avec douche et une petite cuisine mais entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes également. La première chambre a un lit king size tandis que l'autre peut également avoir deux lits simples. Il y a aussi deux canapés-lits. Max 6 personnes. Draps et serviettes inclus. A proximité, vous avez de nombreux magasins de toutes sortes, supermarché, bars et restaurants. Vous êtes à deux pas de la Piazza Navona, à deux minutes à pied de Campo de 'Fiori, San Pietro, Colosseo et de nombreux autres endroits à visiter. Cet appartement est idéal pour ceux qui choisissent d'être au cœur de la ville et de là pour visiter tous les monuments et musées et découvrir la vraie vie romaine.

Depuis l'aéroport de Fiumicino, vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour 50/60 € et rejoindre votre domicile en 45/60 minutes, ou vous pouvez demander une voiture avec chauffeur avec un prix commence de 50 euros à 90 euros selon le nombre de personnes et alors le type de voiture ou de mini bus doit.
Si vous préférez prendre un train, vous avez deux possibilités:
- Direction Termini Central Station, puis prendre le bus 64 jusqu'à Piazza Argentina. A deux minutes à pied de là jusqu'à la Via del Governo Vecchio.
- Direction la gare de Trastevere (plus rapide), puis prendre le tram 8 jusqu'au bout de la ligne à Piazza Argentina.
De l'aéroport de Ciampino, prenez le bus jusqu'à la gare Termini ou un taxi pour 35/40 € et vous arriverez à la maison en 45/60 minutes.

The hosts were amazing and it’s in a perfect location. We were there when it was very hot and there was an issue with the AC, but the hosts did their best to get it repaired as quickly as possible and provided us with a fan to help. The entire stay was excellent!Highly recommend this place!

Great location. We visited during a heat wave, but the a/c in the rooms was fantastic. Great communication throughout. Steep stairs from kitchen area to bedrooms. Not a problem for us, but if anyone has mobility issues, it would be a struggle. Very happy with the stay!

Ms. Patrizia was very accommodating and wonderful! She even arranged someone to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is in a very central location and it was easy to walk where we needed to go. There were two amazing restaurants, one right across from our door, Mimi Coco’s” and one diagonal from our door, “Mastrociccia”. There are also two fabulous gelato places, “Frigidarium” and “Chegelato” right down the street! And “Two sizes Tiramisu”!The stairs are a little steep but there is a sturdy rail to grab onto! I loved the cleanliness, the set up and the quaintness of the apartment. The street is a little noisy at night if you aren’t out in the nightlife, but I turned on the box fan noise on my phone and it worked fine drowning out the noise. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It was the BEST!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. One note is that it is directly above a marijuana store that blasts musics until late at night. Otherwise, a fantastic experience.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your review. I am very sorry if the underlying stores have kept the volume of music loud and disturbing you, I will immediately provide a complaint to the managers. As for the shop that you say sells mariujana I assure you that it is legal herbs and is more at the level of herbal medicine than anything else.

Location, location, location! The apartment met my family needs, a place to stay in downtown Rome. It was a bit noisy at night even with the double glass window, but it was to be expected at this location. It has a microwave and refrigerator to store and warm up our leftover. We did not use the stove-range. Patrizia did an excellent job communicating with us and her son was waiting for us at the appartment at our arrival.

Great location! Great accommodations!

We traveled with my husband and I, our 2 year old and my sister. The accommodations was big enough to give us all space. The location is perfect. The building entrance puts you right on to a wonderful street right in the heart of Roma. Lots of amazing food, live music and wonderful shops right at your door step. This does mean the street is loud, but the double windows in the accommodations help to quiet the noise and everything quiets down after 2 am. But we never had any trouble sleeping. Patrizia arranged a car service to and from the airport and met us at the accommodations to shows us Everything. She was so helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful location!

The location is fantastic if you enjoy being in the heart of all the activity and energy of Piazza Navona. You walk out the very cool door right onto an active off-shoot of the plaza with a couple of great restaurants/bars right in front of you. Your window looks down on one of them. It's a fun vibe, but as some have noted it is not quiet and these places go until about 2am. Mostly conversation and laughter, not super loud music so was manageable for us. Best option was to just eat there and enjoy the scene from the ground level! You will find people sitting on your doorstep as you enter and exit so if all this activity bothers you, not the place for you. It is an older place, so the furniture, floors, walls, bathroom are all old and have some wear, but it is priced accordingly. The stairs to the second floor are older and steep so I wouldn't bring my grandmother to this place either. Owners were nice and easy to work with and the AC worked great. The one thing I would suggest needs improvement is the bathroom. It could use a deep cleaning as there was mold on the walls and floor of the shower. We were only there a couple of nights so we just avoided touching it, but I would not want to use that bathroom for multiple showers. A bit of bleach and scrubbing throughout and it would be much better! Overall though, we really did enjoy the location so much and with some cleaning we would recommend it.

This flat is perfectly located. Navona is about 5 minutes by foot (maybe less !). For a bit of walk it is really near from great places : - 15 min to Trevi fountain - 20 min to Vatican - 15 min to Sant Angelo castle The flat is also 5 minutes to bus stops that also can drive you to other great places, with no commutations - Colosseo - Caracalla therms - Piazza di spagna On place ... all you have to do is to make up your choice for a restaurant ! Dizains of restaurants are really near. I guess each of us will have more or less good experience on one restaurant or another, so ... have your own (check trip advisor may be a good tip) Also, note that a very convenient grocery store is at a small distance in the street, we have a bit relied on it during our stay so I have to mention it. The flat itself is pretty cosy : cooled air is ... wonderful, and delivered in each room ! Bedrooms are spacious, bathroom as well. Of course it is not designed to have big familly meals, but we had our breakfasts home and it was fine ! The following will be the only concern I will find for the flat : The flat is above a really popular street (note this is also a benefit). Thus it cannot be completely quiet though it is rather well isolated. I guess that someone who has difficulties to sleep would find it a bit hard, though from my opinion he should not search in the area ... I wouldn't like to forget Patrizia ! Patrizia really simplified our arrival in Rome. First, Patrizia answers to our questions really quickly, convenient to make a choice. In addition, when I told her we were planning to use common transports (I was a bit reluctant to start the stay with an endless negotiation with a taxi driver), she proposed to book a driver whom she is fully confident in, who would drive us directly from the airport to the flat, for a really comptitive price. It was so convenient that we booked the service for the return ! Then, Patrizia was there to welcome us at the flat, really kindly. In conclusion : If I were to come back to Rome. I sure would check this flat first ! Thanks Patrizia, See you again !

Location can’t be beat. Easy central point in Rome with great restaurants and shops just steps away. Some street noise can be heard in the primary bedroom, but that’s all part of the atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this apartment again.

Great location in Rome!

Clean property. suggest eating out while you are there as only a small kichenette and no toaster. there are heaps of nice places to eat literally on your doorstep. The facilities are not modern but they suit the property with much charm and history. The 4 of us enjoyed our stay and would book again.

As the other reviews have stated, location is wonderful. Vibrant classic Rome street. Walking distance to all (we did Vatican and colosseum). Great air conditioning considering the recent heat wave. Highly recommended from our family of 5(kids: 13,10,8).

Great location!

This apt had an amazing location! On a quaint street with lots of restaurants and shops. Right around the corner from Piazza Navona. The apt is a little older looking than in the pictures, but was perfect for our family of 4. A small bar across the street can be a little noisy up until 10, but double windows keeps the noise to a minimum. Patrizia was very kind and helpful, we would definitely stay again. Such a lovely area!!

Great location

The apartment has a great location, only 2 min away from Piazza Navona and 15 min from Vatican. It is on a lively little street with lots of restaurants, but the dual pane windows keep the noise out. The apartment does need an upgrade. The kitchen is small but OK for a few days. It has a small electric stove with one working burner. The bathroom has a small boiler that makes it problematic if 4 people want to take a shower. Only 2 will get really hot water. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen size bed, the other has 2 single beds. Good closet space. The apartment has a steep stair case to go from the living room to the bedrooms. The living-room doesn't have windows and hence it's not well ventilated and gets smelly. The owner was nice, and arranged for a car to have us picked up from the airport, which was very helpful. Overall it was a good value for the money.
