Pretty nice place for the middle of nowhere in Anglesey

Quite clean and comfortable but there was a broken toy that had been forgotten to be put away so overall it was a nice stay and quite cozy

Mike, the host was very helpful and quick to respond to a small electrical issue we had. He was also helpful regarding places to go. Would definitely go back to Minffordd Cottage again and can recommend it to other people.

Generally good

We had a pleasant stay at Minffordd Cottage - comfortable rooms if starting to get a little tired. Facilities for dogs were excellent. Would be happy to stay there again. Only slight negative was a lack of wherewithal to clear up - no dustpan & brush etc.

The cottage was in a lovely location near beaches and was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Owner was very helpful.

Great relaxing time and just a mile from the beach

Nice break for the two of us and the hound, clean cottage with kitchen with all devices required and comfortable bed. Even a field for the hound to have his morning run round.

Great location with home comfortd

Ideal location with beautiful countryside to visit with walks to suit all abilities. Great Indian restaurant nearby can highly recommend it called Bennlech Tandoori above a golf club, also Ann’s Pantry in Moelfre nearby. I go every year and love it. Did not come across one “Pot Hole” well done Anglesey.

Second year running

We had such a lovely time at Minffordd cottage last year, we decided to go again this year. We were not disappointed, as the cottage is just as lovely as we remembered from last year. In a beautiful tranquil setting, well maintained and it has everything you could think of to make your stay perfect. The owner Mike is available if needed and nothing is too much trouble. The nearest town is Benllech which is very handy for food shopping, take aways and pancreas to have a drink or meal.

Good quality cottage

Exactly as description and ideal for couples or a young family but maybe certainly for dining 4 adults might be a squeeze in the kitchen . While "tourist information" is normally readily available as we stayed during the new year and the supplied information was 2017 I would book again which is in my view the "gold standard " Mike was very helpful throughout our stay

Lovely location

Great clean accommodation in lovely setting. Central for visiting the island. Good pub in Moelfre selling food. Excellent restaurant in Red Wharf Bay. Short walk along path through woods to beach with bar, cafe and toilets. Cottage well equipped for short stay or longer break. Comfortable and clean . Owners live local so on hand with local knowledge and if any problems arise. Great for dogs .

Clean, comfortable and very dog friendly. Great for disabled too.

Property is very clean and well kept. Plenty of space for the dog to roam safely. My wife is disabled so a bungalow is perfect. The owner even constructed a ramp to make the front step easy. Small negatives are a hard(ish) bed, and no pub within walking distance (though Moelfre facilities are only a five minute drive away).
