Votre havre de paix dans la ville animée d'Amsterdam !

L'appartement est situé au troisième étage d'un quartier calme du quartier populaire de Pijp. Il se trouve à quelques pas du marché Albert Cuyp et de nombreux excellents restaurants et cafés qui font la renommée de ce quartier.

C'est un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville, profiter des avantages de la vie locale mais aussi d'une
connexion rapide et facile au centre-ville et au quartier des musées.

L'appartement est situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport, et vous pourrez rejoindre le cœur de la ville en 20 minutes à pied, et encore moins en transports en commun. Le quartier des musées est à 15 minutes.

Les transports en commun sont disponibles à proximité et il est également possible de louer des vélos au bout de la rue. Des excursions en bateau sont disponibles depuis le canal qui se trouve juste à côté de l'hébergement.

L'espace:

La résidence occupe un quartier local animé, adoré des visiteurs et des résidents. Il combine un accès facile à la ville avec une ambiance authentique et décontractée.

Réparties sur 37 mètres carrés et joliment présentées, les chambres privées constituent une base luxueuse pour une famille ou un couple. Les chambres sont élégantes, chacune équipée d'accessoires attrayants, d'espaces de rangement et contient deux canapés/lits simples.

Vous profiterez de votre espace de vie privé comprenant une salle de bain/WC, un salon et une chambre, mais l'entrée de l'appartement et le couloir sont communs.

Les installations comprennent une connexion Internet, une télévision avec Netflix, une machine à café, une bouilloire, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes et des couverts. Il existe de nombreuses possibilités pour commander des plats à emporter dans les environs.

Cet hébergement garantit un séjour inoubliable dans la capitale néerlandaise.

Gardez à l'esprit que l'appartement est situé au troisième étage, sans ascenseur. Les escaliers typiques d'Amsterdam sont raides et parfois intimidants pour les nouveaux visiteurs.
Cependant, je serai plus qu'heureux de transporter vos bagages de haut en bas lors de votre enregistrement et de votre départ.

L'appartement est adapté pour 2 personnes, avec la possibilité de transformer un ou les deux canapés du salon en canapés-lits si nécessaire et sur demande.

L'appartement est entièrement non-fumeur et ne convient absolument pas aux fêtes ou aux réunions bruyantes, car il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme !

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in De Pijp. The location is amazing! Our favourite neighbourhood in Amsterdam. Central to everything and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had great recommendations from Julien and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was great and Julien was a very responsive and friendly host! The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and it was the perfect size for a few nights stay. The neighbourhood was super walkable/bikeable and transit friendly. Lots of shops, restaurants and things to do near by. Julien met us for check in and explained everything very clearly. He even offered us some suggestions of things going on in the city throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay at this apartment again when visiting Amsterdam.

The host Julien was so welcoming and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Julien was a wonderful host from the start! helped us with our bags and gave recommendations on where to go in the neighborhood. Will mention that it is up 3 flights of stairs so if you are disabled it may not be a fit. Overall was incredible location in De Pijp to explore Amsterdam while living like a local. Highly recommend!

Julian greeted us as we exited the Uber and graciously carried both of our suitcases up the three flights of stairs. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, comfortable bed, and a very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is walking distance to lots of restaurants. We did not use Metro, but used Uber over to the Anne Frank house and also took a tour to visit the little villages of Amsterdam. Julian was responsive, left excellent instructions and tips for the neighborhood and made us feel right at home. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and if you’re trying to decide, choose this place, and you will have no regrets.

We can’t say enough about Julian. Communication was stellar, he greeted us and helped us up the stairs with our bags, gave great suggestions and you can tell he really loves Amsterdam. The BnB was immaculate and had everything we needed. Short walk to tram 12 and markets. Neighbors were very friendly and we even saved a cat!We WILL stay here on our next visit !!

We really enjoyed our stay in de Pijp. The suite is very pleasant and clean and Julien is very responsive. A short walk to the metro, lots of great places to eat. Handy by metro to the tourist sites while not being in a touristy area. Highly recommended!

We really loved our stay at Julien’s place. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but just minutes from the excitement of De Pijp. Also easy to get around from here. Julien was super helpful with check-in and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment!

We loved staying at Julien’s place. Very clean and luxurious linens. Bright and welcoming space. Perfect for a couple. Communication was excellent. Julien is a great host! He even carried our luggage up to the third floor! Thanks for everything, Julien! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Exactly as advertised, wonderful and helpful host, and in a fantastic location. Easy to navigate for both walking and catching an Uber. Some construction nearby but was not an issue for us. Very comfortable bed, king size was important to us. Steps weren’t an issue and host was gracious enough to carry our live up for us. Tons of walkable shops, restaurants, markets, and so much more. Highly recommend!

Perfect quite location to explore Amsterdam!

I can not say enough positive things about this apt. Perfect location not far from the Di Pijp subway and steps away from the tram. The central station is only 10 mins away by tram or 35-minute walk, which we loved to do. Julien met us at the apt and made sure we had everything we needed. Pubs and stores were only a few minute's walk away. Apt was very clean and had everything we needed. Julien was a great host!!

Fun Get Away Place

Our plane arrived in Amsterdam earlier than our check-in time but we were able to check in with Julian as soon as we arrived! The place was very clean and welcoming! After 6 days the housekeeper came and cleaned the apartment for us. If we needed utensils or dishes washed, trash removed, or more clean towels that was all providedFor the 10 days we were there it was perfect for our stay and located with easy walking access to the Metro subway to get back and forth to Central Station.This little apartment was a great for our needs! I give it 5 stars!!

Great Apartment and Area

The apartment exuded a welcoming atmosphere with its pristine cleanliness and attractive decor. Situated in close proximity to the 4 and 12 trams, it offered a plethora of dining, laundry, and bakery options within walking distance. Additionally, its convenient location made it easy for ride services to locate. Julien went above and beyond by providing excellent restaurant recommendations and assisting with luggage and any other needs I had during my stay.

Julian is a great host!

Julian was amazing. He meet us at check in, carried our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs, and gave us a tour and gave us some local recommendations. I was a little worried about there being no air conditioning, so Julian immediately went out and bought a fan. It was above and beyond and was really appreciated. The apartment was nice and clean and everything we needed. The climb up the stairs wasn’t bad.

Great host. Nice, affordable lodging in Amsterdam

Julien’s place is a great option if you’re budget conscious and don’t mind staying a little further out. Quiet neighborhood with several walkable food and bakery options. Walkable to central in about an hour or take the tram 20 minutes. The place is very clean and you do have a fridge, kettle and Nespresso maker but I wouldn’t describe it as a kitchenette as there’s no kitchen sink—you have to wash your dishes and get your water from the bathroom. No biggie though and Julien will even wash your dishes if you leave them out overnight.

We had a wonderful time in Juliens apartment. It was cozy, quiet and clean. Julien greeted us at the door and helped us getting our suitcases to the apartment. Prior to arriving, any questions we had were answered promptly. Even when we got there, if we needed ideas or recommendations of places to eat he would get back to us quickly. We wanted to have a tour on the canal and Julien recommended a lovely gentleman named Adrien who has a huge amount of knowledge about Amsterdam. Even had crackers, cheese and wine for the trip. Julien was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

A quiet respite in Amsterdam

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting my son and daughter-in-law in Amsterdam! Julian’s place is in the De Pujp neighborhood of Amsterdam. Quiet. Quaint. Just outside the noise of the city but within walking distance, a short bike or tram ride. Julien was the perfect host. He made many recommendations of things to do or places to eat. He was attentive and responsive to any needs I might have. I look forward to returning the next time I’m in Amsterdam.
