Two floors cottage 50m from the beach, ideal for families, and relaxing.

Twofloor cottage, recently renovated 50m from the beach. The ground floor 44 m2 area, has a bedroom with a double bed and enough room for a baby bed with a big window and a second bedroom with a sofa that can unfold as two beds, and the necessary closet with hangers and additional bed linen, towels etc
The balcony door leads to the ground balcony, where an external shower is installed to be used when returning from the beach.
Underneath the internal stairs is placed a new washing machine capable of 6kg, a vacuum cleaner, with all necessary cleaning fluids.
In the WC of the ground floor, there is a small window and a shower cabin. There is also a washbasin with a closet filled with cleaning fluids and extra toilet paper.
The main entrance is at the balcony of the 1st floor and leads to the living room, where we have the kitchen bench with all necessary big electrical appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, micro) and also espresso machine, toaster, boiler, etc, dishes, glasses, cutlery and practically everything.
In the center of the kitchen bench, there is a small window, that offers an extra fresh air stream.
On the wall is mounted a strong air conditioner fully operating as an inverter (hot and cold air).
There is a sofa (unfolding to a large single bed) and a small square-shaped wooden table with two chairs.
Opposite the sofa lies a TV operating with Greek free TV channels, and radio stations.
Next to the balcony door lies the internet router with a signal strong enough to support both floors and all balconies.
There is also a small WC with a washbasin and a closet full of cleaning and sterilizing liquids.
Apart from the big balcony that faces the garden of the complex, there is also another small balcony with two chairs and a tiny table for two cups, which we call the “morning coffee balcony” and faces the road that leads to the beach.
The house is in a complex with a big yard in the center ideal for kids to play.
To the north of the complex and next to the main road lies the parking place fully shadowed at most of the spots.
The next famous beach in the Possidi Cape area is Aegeopelagitika to the northwest 5 minutes by car. Both beaches offer unforgettable sunsets and are facing Mount Olympos, the residence of the 12 Greek Gods and Goddesses.
Possidi offers a variety of restaurants, tavernas, and a lot of coffee shops, bakeries, and mini-markets all within walking terms. Using a car you can find supermarkets of well-known firms in Greece within a 15-20 minute drive.
Close to Possidi at 22 km distance, is the village Agia Paraskevi known for its thermal springs.
